This product is similar to our “month of mindfulness jar” but in playing card format rather than a jar and gift box. These are more transportable and better to carry around with you but not quite as nice gift as the jar (in our opinion).
The cards are larger than usual playing cards (70mm x 120mm) and come in a rustic box. Makes a great Christmas stocking filler for adults!

    This is a pretty simple card deck to use, great for gifting, using in the office, or at home. Each card represents something mindful to engage in; pretty decent challenge for someone who is new to mindfulness, someone needing reminders, or someone who has just gotten out of practice.

  4. Item title says 7 piece. Of course in the “about this item” it says it is a 5 piece….oh well

    So I lovvve this set of cards. Beautiful, made well, written well, great exercises. I enjoy them. Now as someone with anxiety and love to overthink (obviously I need these cards in my life)…when you open them do not shuffle them out of their place. Says on the first card the deck is in a specific sequence to help you get the most from the challenge. My friend thumbed through them when I first got the deck and I can’t stop thinking they may be out of place now lol WISH THEY NUMBERED THE CARDS.
