  1. EAW

Nice casting and a bigger size than most loaf pans, but IMHO the extra height and width makes this pan more versatile for meatloaf and other dishes. BONUS: The top can be used to sauté vegetables or as a small griddle for hamburgers or grilled cheese sandwiches. This pan is NOT limited to baking bread, could easily make beef stew for 3 o4 4 people. So impressed after the first week, I went to purchase a 2nd or 3rd or family and friends, but notice the item has sold out. Sure, hope COWORM will make this product available soon.

  2. Jason Steen

I wasn’t sure if I should gamble on this made-in-China brand, but I’m glad I did. Works as expected. No issues with the cast iron. I chose this brad over other competitors that offered enamel (Kook brand) because the enamel was prone to chipping and had a low heat tolerance limit of 464F. I crank the heat to 550F in my oven, so I stuck with standard cast iron. Didn’t use the silicon gloves (mittens), but they seem nice enough to pawn off on someone I know.

  3. Spuds

Using this greatly improved the quality of our sourdough bread
