Excellent Bluetooth headset, bought another one.
Extremely happy with this product, and have already purchased another one. I have used many major brands bluetooth headsets out there, for my job this is an essential part of my tool bag. After my other headset I paid over $100 for them I bought “NEWBEE” for fraction of the price. This headset lasted me close to 3 years of usage and finally the battery was still lasting a day of full use. But battery started to died so I finally prucahsed another one from this company. Very happy with the product.Name a few PROs:- Able to connect 2 devices simultaneously as I have a work phone and a personal phone.- The ear peice is very comfortable and without all the fancy transparent mode like the fruit brand 🍎, this headset allows me hear my surroundings but able to hear clearly when I’m on a call.- I just purchase an brand NEW one from them again and right out of the box I’ve constantly used it for two days and still have 50% charge.- Discovered this as a Bonus, I’m able to connect this to ANY bluetooth device and works CLEAR and discrete. Example, when I’m at home, I have connected it to my personal phone and I’m paired with my TV, able to watch TV without disturbing others, and when my phone Rings it takes priority.Cons: Really none, when I purchased this almost 3 years ago, I was skeptical, and thought, for the price if this lasts me 1 year I’m happy. This lasted me almost 3 years of DAILY usage.I’ve recommended many of my friends in buying this, and their warranty is Amazing, one friend had a battery issue, simply reached out to them through Amazon, they replied him less than 24 hours and less than 48 hours a new one was sent to his house. My friend told me this and I was pleased. And that’s the reason I bought another one from them. Strongly recommend this product.

Good headset, excellent battery life
I previously had a New Bee headset but I needed some more so I got this 2 pack. It has excellent battery life and an on/off switch rather than a push button. It also came with two nice cases for them that I can use when travelling. The only downside I’ve seen is when I have it paired to both my phone and my computer, there is some noise and dropouts. So I just unpair it from whichever device I don’t need it to connect it to. It is really easy to pair so that is no problem.

Excellent battery life and earpiece volume
It has very little noise cancelling but the earpiece volume is better than most others out there … meaning I CAN HEAR the call in a noisy environment!! The battery life is at least as good as claimed. I use it daily and multiple calls per day, many lengthy calls, and only charge it once every 10-14 days! Great value for the price!

Had it for a week or so.Pairing process is straight forward, nothing confusing.Connected to both my Laptop and Phone.All worked fine, until the connection to the laptop disappeared at all.Troubleshooting the headset, restarting and updating the drivers for laptop didn’t help.I hard to return it.one thing, when the battery is about 30% the audio from the device starts experiences the noises.charging the headset fixes this problem, at least did for me.

The headset starts having interference after 10 feet of distance on same floor, in adjacent room or in same big room.The Bluetooth disconnects beyond 20 feet distance(they say 49 feet)After 2 and half month usage, the Bluetooth started disconnecting on its own, switch off and on randomly.While I am talking on the phone, the call disconnects when using this device only and/or it will power on and off and connect.I wrote to their customer service after being so annoyed with the device that is becoming useless for the daily use while I am driving. I wrote to customer service on Oct 24th with all the details. They responded on Oct 26th to send me a new one.I asked how long will it take to deliver? No clear response. I explained that I might be moving to a new place by end of Nov. If it will take more than a few weeks(if sent as a regular mail) then send on a new address otherwise if you are sending soon then send on the current address, as a Prime member you get 2-day delivery.I had to follow up everyday to know where did they send it. Either they are sending or refunding my money. NO PROPER COMMUNICATION at any step.The customer SHOULD not chase the seller to get the replacement or the refund. After 2 weeks of the follow-up, I get a response that the device was sent. AND it was sent to WRONG ADDRESS! No it will be delivered at WRONG Address.Had it been communicated properly from the seller rather than the customer asking the updates every day, this wouldn’t be the case. A nice way to loose a good review.Definitely my expectations from the reviews exceeded the reality of the product and the customer service.I will update once I get the package.

Had it 2 months and still haven’t charged it!
Bought this for my husband who drives for a living. 6 days/week, usually 9-12 hour driving shifts. He has some difficulty with hearing on a typical phone, but says he has no difficulty hearing with this ear piece. He uses it for the duration of his shifts and has never had to charge it to date!It is quite good for noise cancelation, however when I’m on the phone with him and he is using it, it picks up radio noise or traffic noise (if the window is open) but these problems are easily mitigated by closing the window or turning down or off the radio.It’s sleek, non-invasive, comfortable on the ear, secure, and very easy to use. Amazing value for what we paid for it!
