Size
The lid is exactly 10″ as in the description, so it fits frying pans with an inside diameter of just under that. You require a standard Phillips screwdriver to fasten the knob (not an Allen wrench as mentioned by another reviewer).

Entirely satisfactory replacement
The handle of my original lid became detached probably because of a defective weld which took 30 (!) years to fail. The new lid fits perfectly and is transparent as well which is an improvement. Measure carefully as the fit is exact.

I bought to use in a 10” pan and, with its silicone edging, it fits great. I had bought a different10” lid but it was too big, it would fit properly, just a tad too large. I recommend this if you need a lid for a 10” pan, the silicone edging is a nice feature.

I ordered this lid for my Magma A10 RV cookware set. This ultra-compact cookset doesn’t include a lid for its larger pan. I have used a dinner plate as a lid (to save weight) but I really miss having a nice lid for cooking.I found this lid to be a perfect fit. It sits flat and seals just right. It has side vents, which work properly.It is the exact same as the outer dimension, and the inner rim fits within 2mm.I like the silicone finish, which stays cool, seals well but does get a bit more messy, but cleanup is easy.
