Great product.
Got this to make egg bites in my pressure cooker. Works like a charm. Only think I’ll mention is to make sure you use some kind of cooking spray or they’ll get stuck and you’ll end up with scrambled eggs.

I like these. They work perfectly for making my copycat Starbucks egg bites.The first time, I steamed them (following a recipe) and the texture wasn’t quite right. It was questionable whether they would work with the instant pot ultra setting since water wouldn’t be touching the top. So I did a test run for my second attempt where I covered the mold with foil and just filled the water up to right below the lid. They came out perfect!!The only thing I don’t like is the plastic lid. While it is nice to use to store my egg bites, I wish it was made with food grade silicone as well so I would feel more comfortable using it as a cover for my egg bites during the cooking process. I have a silicone ice cube tray with a silicone lid so I know it’s possible!

Very happy with these silicone molds! I bought these to make the Starbucks-like sous vide egg bites in the instant pot. They arrived quickly and looked great. They are a very good size. I looked at reviews for other silicone molds before buying these and other products had complaints about the size of the cups in the mold were really small. The size of the cups on this product are perfect. When these arrived, I promptly threw them in the dishwasher to clean before using. They came out clean and looking great (other products had complaints about the finish after going through the dishwasher and these had no problems). I created my own recipe for the egg bites because I wanted to use egg whites and other ingredients I had on-hand. I used another recipe as a go-by. I put a cup of water in the bottom of the instant pot, placed the trivet inside, sprayed the cups of the molds with cooking spray, put the mixture in the molds, covered with foil, stacked the filled molds on top of each other on the trivet, and cooked on steam. They came out perfectly and were delicious!!! So happy I bought these!!!

No stars removed for it not fitting my hamilton beach cooker, that was my fault for assuming that they’d fit without measuring first.I’ve used these a couple of times to make sous-vide eggs and they do an excellent job at that. You will have to place the lids on and then stick them in a bag, unless you want egg in your sous vide water bath (i.e. they fit tightly but they ooze out).The egg holders are dishwasher safe but the lids aren’t. Honestly, to get them really clean you just need to scrub them by hand. In the sous vide they get covered in eggy goo and the dishwasher does not cut it.Overall, very useful and I’d recommend them. I didn’t get to use them to their full potential but like I said, that was my fault. I’m keeping them for sous vide.

Oh my these things are amazing! I followed the recipe given with these to make the tiny egg bake things and they were soooo good and easy to make! I was completely impressed.I have been looking for more ways to use my insta pot and these things made it so easy and so I’m very happy with them. I’ve only used them once but they washed up nice and easy and seem durable. I have no idea what else I’ll use them for besides the egg bake things but maybe this summer I’ll make some sort of frozen treat for my kids since it has the covers to go with. Great product!
