I’m impressed!
This smartwatch packs an impressive range of features, especially for the price. It comes with three bands: a simple white one, a floral-patterned white band with a pink backing (my personal favorite), and a metal Milanese-style clasp. While I still use my Apple Watch as my primary device, this watch covers almost everything I rely on my AW for, including a heart rate monitor, step counter, sleep tracker, and stand/water reminders. The watch face is larger than my Apple Watch, but the thicker bezel means the actual screen is smaller. It syncs with my iPhone surprisingly well—I expected some functionality to be limited, but that hasn’t been the case. You can receive text notifications and even answer calls directly from the watch. I can’t vouch for the accuracy of all the health metrics, but the blood pressure reading has been consistent with my dedicated blood pressure monitor. There are plenty of watch faces to choose from, and you can even create your own, which is a nice touch. Some designs are sleek and minimal, while others display a wealth of health and activity data. However, syncing a new watch face through the app takes quite a while for some reason. My biggest issue with this watch is that you can’t tap the screen to wake it. Thankfully, raise-to-wake works well as an alternative. I also noticed that rotating the watch crown doesn’t seem to do anything, and selecting a different menu design in the settings doesn’t appear to make any changes.Overall, if you’re looking for a solid health tracker and notification device, this watch does an excellent job—especially for the price.

Somewhat decent fitness tracker, poor app/privacy concern, decent quality, inaccurate monitors
This is a somewhat decent (and perhaps slightly less advanced than many others) fitness tracker/smart watch (I128) that appears reasonably well-built and for the most part works as expected. It only has 2 of the most common monitors (HR and SpO2 but no BP), which is a bit of a bummer since most others do have all 3 monitors s nowadays. Though, it does have many of the standard features that most other budget or off-brand smart watches have so that’s not too bad. With that being said, it does come with 3x straps which include 1x metal and 2x silicone straps, which I do appreciate although the quality of the metal strap (not sure if it’s stainless steel or not) does leave more to be desired.≡ NoteThese so-called SMART WATCHES are really just FITNESS TRACKERS with added features (i.e. flashlight, calculator; mostly useless ones too) and it’s NOT a true smart watch/device. A true smart device operates by itself on its own without the NEED to install an App for it to run and without depending on another device (i.e. your phone) to run.For instance, if your PHONE requires an App to be installed on a LAPTOP in order for various functions on your phone to work, or if your phone would lose certain features WHEN your laptop goes offline, would you consider your phone to be a SMART phone? Well, I wouldn’t and I’ll be extremely upset if that’s the case, and that’s exactly what happens here most of these so-called smart watches.###≡ FeaturesBy standard I don’t mean one or two, in fact, the standard nowadays is about a dozen or so including heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen, or even glucose monitor just to name a few. It has 2 monitors, which is below average and worse yet, 1 of the monitors (HR) don’t seem to be accurate at all (SpO2 appears to be reasonably accurate for the most part although we know the figures for the vast majority of healthy people is usually either 98% or 99%) which is quite upsetting to have found out after numerous tests. In addition, the steps counter seems to be off by about 3900+ so that’s not exactly accurate either but it’s certainly not the worst.I should also mention that an increasing large number of these devices that I’ve come across lately have all suffered from the same (or at least quite similar) issues which implies to me that perhaps hardware (sensors and/or other related components) under the hood is identical across ALL of these watches. It also has the typical sports and/or exercise related features that many others have. It has a reasonably large screen of 1.83″ (for square case) in comparison to many others with a 1.80″/1.7x” screen. With that being said, 1.8x” (or larger) is somewhat of a norm (or at least becoming increasingly common) at this point in time for these watches with a square case and frankly, 1.8x” just isn’t what it used to be (but I digress).I should also note that the advertised 100+ sports requires the app; otherwise, only a handful or so are available (which is more than most people would need under normal circumstance). The same can be said for watch faces/styles (100+ claimed) too and that’s a common practice for these devices nowadays. The LED is perhaps a nice touch for some people; however; I don’t find them particularly useful for me because I have my phone for that and it’s just that much easier with my phone than fiddling around with this watch with a much smaller screen. In any event, those features are there should you have the needs for them.≡ BatteryIt has an advertised battery capacity of 250 mAh which is considered low by today’s standard since the average is around 300 mAh, so there isn’t any fancy here either. In either case, whatever the capacity might be, the only thing I really care is that it can last me an entire day (charge once a day is fine with me). With that being said, I also don’t have a clue about the longevity of the battery but that’s a common concern for all rechargeable smart watches out there (i.e. battery dies unexpected fast). Note that the default screen timeout is 5sec which is unusably short for me but it can be increased up to 30 seconds (whereas some other can’t at all while a few can do 60 sec) so that’s great. I don’t necessarily want 30 sec but it’s nice to have the options (I set mine to 15sec). It can always be disabled if needed as aforementioned.≡ Water resistanceBtw, these fitness trackers/smart watches are NOT meant to be submerged in water (salty or otherwise) longer than a few minute even though they often advertise as being IP67 or even 3 ATM which is completely nonsensical if you know what that really means (around 30m under water but it’s really meant for accidental submersion); otherwise, there is an extremely high probability that it will die prematurely, as I’ve found out the hard way. Note that it’s not explicitly stated that it shouldn’t be used in bath, saunas, or diving etc but I’ll advise against those activities.≡ AppFor those who are curious about what the ‘FitCloudPro’ app (3.5 rating) requires;✘ Any data may be shared with other companies or organizations, including but not limited to;* Email address and Phone number, Fitness info, Precise location, Photos and videos, Contacts* SMS or MMS, Files and docs, Installed apps, Device or other IDs✘ Data isn’t encrypted (typical practice in China)* Data is encrypted during transit✘ Device & app history* read sensitive log data✘ Contacts* read your contacts✘ Location* approximate location (network-based), precise location (GPS and network-based)✘ Phone* directly call phone numbers, read call log, read phone status and identity, Photos/Media/Files* read the contents of your USB storage, modify or delete the contents of your USB storage✘ Storage* read the contents of your USB storage, modify or delete the contents of your USB storage✘ Camera & Microphone* take pictures and videos, record audio✘ Wi-Fi connection information* view Wi-Fi connections✘ Device ID & call information* read phone status and identity✘ Other* receive data from Internet, view network connections, pair with Bluetooth devices, control vibration* access Bluetooth settings, control flashlight, full network access, run at startup, prevent device from sleeping✘ NoteLike nearly all other budget smart watches (or any other ‘smart’ devices really) out there, an App is REQUIRED for this to function at its fullest which means you are giving the manufacturer (and whoever they decide to share it with or without your permission) AND the app OWNER (i.e. some company in China and that equates to the gov in this case) your COMPLETE and entire historical data. Some people consider some of these (i.e. precise GPS location, health info, heart rate, blood pressure, sleep patterns, or the alike) to be ‘extremely’ personal information and therefore are private. Data mining, analysis, prediction, and eventually profit making and/or a form of control will be vital in many aspects of our lives in the foreseeable future. If this concerns you at all, look elsewhere.###≡ ValueAll things considered, this is a moderately decent FITNESS TRACKER (with some smart watch functions) that works just fine if you don’t care about any of the issues mentioned above , in particular the issues with the HR monitor and to a certain degree the step counter. It’s reasonably priced at $48 for what it provides (a generic fitness tracker, I128) and its overall build quality, features, usability, and performance. Your mileage might vary.

love the interchangeable bands
this is a great smart watch for anyone that doesn’t want to connect it to a cell phone. But you can if you like!It is easy to set up and keep track of the steps, sleep and so much else.. 128mb of memory is pretty great. Lots of different watch faces to switch at will, so many options, sleep, oxygen, weight…Wow!What sets this apart for me is the 3 bands that come with it. I’ve never seen one that came with more than 1. This gives you the option to switch at will. The name brands sell other bands and what always disappointed me was not being able to switch out if I didn’t want a blk band. Now I have a watch with 3 very nice bandsBetatree smart watch is only $59.99 with a 20% coupon. This is a terrific value over the more expensive name brands. It does everything they do and at a fraction of the cost… I really like this watch!
