Mediocre pots and pans, useless warranty.
Henckels cookware sets are subpar and their customer service even worse. Most of the items in my 3-ply set delaminated, causing poor heating and more importantly a super sharp edge that can cut if not carefull. I contacted them directly and they said delamination is ‘common with regular use’, and did not stand behind their warranty. Would stay far away from their products.
