Comfortable, Lightweight, Fashionable & Blue Light Testable
Love these glasses. Don’t love their name/description:”Fashion Fake Glasses Rectangular Y2k Small Eyewear Frame Anti Blue Light for Women Cosplay Glasses” Seriously? Ok, I know, it’s not my business – literally.I chose the one’s in Red & “in person” they’re pretty much the same as they show on my monitor. I’m used to wearing much larger glasses but that’s because they’re mainly all sunglasses. I can’t imagine wearing them as protection indoors against the blue light from my devices. So, the size of these are perfect for the purpose for which they’re designed. I also like the cool “studious” look wearing these give me. Getting serious for a second, these are designed to protect our eyes from the dreaded blue light we hear about emitting from all our devices & attacking our eyes, creating sleep disturbances, etc. Ok, so to begin with, along with the glasses inside the box there is a small blue instrument inside of which is a tab that needs to be pulled out as it’s there preventing this small blue instrument, device, thingy from doing something. Upon closer inspection, a tiny “bulb” can be seen on one end & once the small tab is removed we can see there’s a button or tab that when pressed turns on a small but bright blue light. So, a teeny tiny blue flashlight that illuminates using a bright blue pinhole sized light. What?? Exactly!!Also, accompanying it in the box, there is also something that looks like an unsigned credit or debit card. There’s a white horizontal “bar” that looks & feels (to the touch) that, just like the ones on a credit/debit card, runs across the card. There is some writing in Chinese, that once translated, says “Anti-blue light test card” There are instructions for us to use the “blue light generator” (so that’s what it is!) to illuminate the white square [they mean bar] below. The stronger the blue light, the darker the colour will be.” On the bottom right of the card there are 3 little boxes (with a check mark in each) which reads from left to right “Anti blue light”, “Radiation protection”, “High definition”. I immediately tested it & noticed a purple colour appear which intensified in relation to the time & distance the blue light generator was held from the white bar. I tried to use it to write my name because immaturity is my hobby – just kidding, kind of.Ok so the generator worked on the white bar but what about the glasses. Exactly! So I tested them. I held the generator right up against the lenses of these glasses & there was nothing. No purple, no lavender, not even hint ‘o lilac. Yes, I’m being light-hearted but bottom line no blue light permeated the lenses of these glasses, actually to be 100% accurate, they claim to block out 99% of Blue light. Wonderful! But, I wanted to make absolutely sure. So, I got a pair of reading glasses that don’t have blue light protection (that I know of anyway) & tested them. There was nothing at first but when I held the generator closer to the lenses, which were right up against the white bar, I noticed some purple colour start to appear. It was very subtle at first but intensified slightly with time. Great idea to have this ability to test “Fashion Fake Glasses”. After testing these glasses & feeling satisfied about the efficacy I can now use my “Blue light generator” as a stand-in as a laser pointer for my cats! Blue light protection AND a cat toy?! I am joking! The glasses are light as a feather, so light that it’s easy for me to forget they’re on. Their weight, or lack thereof, is not the only reason though, because they’re very comfortable as well. They don’t dig in anywhere on my face, the arms don’t dig in or leave indentations on the sides of my face – mainly because they don’t touch the sides of my face, the end of the arms that rest on top of or, in some cases, go behind the ears, are barely discernible. There is a slight noticeable difference in lense colour. I think it’s on the yellow side. It can’t be noticed when looking AT yourself, like in a mirror. Once the glasses are worn for a while, for ME that’s almost immediately, the colour change goes unnoticed. I would suggest though that they be removed if you need to be sure of a colour – like if making a purchase on Amazon & you’re trying to choose between colours of a t-shirt, or a comforter, or a couch – anything, really, then the glasses should be removed. These glasses come with a soft dove gray microfibre cleaning cloth and a similar drawstring pouch in which to house the glasses when not in use or when travelling. Included in the box that holds everything is a business card sized Thank You message which asks for a 5 Star review (if the purchaser likes their glasses) & a request for a direct email in case of any issues but there’s no evidence of an email address. The regular price of these glasses are $21.99 but at the time of this writing, there is 9% off, so they’re $19.99. At regular or sale price, I think these glasses are well worth the price. They come in a good variety of colours & are even sold in a “pair pack” for $35.99 (2 different colours).I’m extremely pleased with mine & would purchase another one to have at home & the other at work, or just as a fashion choice which at this price, (depending on your budget (of course) would be easy to do.

Stylish and Functional Glasses!
These Fashion Fake Glasses are a great choice if you spend a lot of time in front of screens but don’t need prescription lenses. They have a trendy Y2K-inspired design that looks great for both indoor and outdoor use, so you can wear them casually or even for cosplay! The blue light blocking feature really helps reduce eye strain, making long hours on the computer or phone more comfortable. Plus, they’re super lightweight, so you barely notice you’re wearing them. The only reason for 4 stars is that they’re purely for blue light protection, and size was bit off for me. Perfect if you want something stylish and practical!

Cute non prescription glasses
I am a prescription glasses wearer. I am also a prescription contact lenses wearer. However, whenever I wear contact lenses, I like to wear non prescription glasses with them. To me, glasses (prescription or not) are a fashion accessorie that makes a statement. These red glasses look great and you can match them to your makeup, your outfit, your hair color, your jewelry, etc.I love them!

These suck
Not worth my $25. Flimsy and doesn’t block blue light at all whatsoever
Signe Barlow –
No blue light protection
These are cute but they don’t appear to be blue light blocking as advertised.

So flimsy!
These glasses are made out of cheap plastic, they are so flimsy! And they don’t seem to have blue light blocking functionality. Normally there would be a slight yellow tint on the lenses but I don’t see it on these. The design is nice though so I’ll give it that.

I absolutely love these glasses! These rectangular frames give off such a cool Y2K vibe, and they’re perfect for adding a bit of style to any outfit. The build quality is impressive, these glasses feel sturdy without being too heavy, and they don’t feel flimsy at all. The frame material is smooth, and the construction is solid, which gives me confidence that they’ll last through regular use.In terms of fit, these glasses are surprisingly comfortable. They sit well on my face without slipping down, and they’re not too tight either. I wear them for long periods of time, and they don’t cause any discomfort behind my ears or on my nose. I also appreciate the anti-blue light feature, which is great for reducing eye strain when I’m staring at screens for hours.Whether I’m wearing them for cosplay or just as an accessory to complete my look, they’re versatile and add a fun touch to my outfits. The fit is perfect for my face, and they look stylish without being too oversized or too small. If you’re looking for fashionable, comfortable eyewear that also helps with screen time, these fake glasses are a great choice!

They’re perfect! They fit nicely on my face, they’re stylish, and comfortable. I love the small frame! The blue light part of these glasses works great! I like to use them when I read my e-books or when I’m working.

So unbelievably cheap. I have higher quality glasses that were 5 bucks. These are flimsy,
