simple and easy to use. This is the fourth food diary I have tried and my favorite so I will most likely quit looking for any other kind. I needed something simple to write things down, I didn’t need things broken down into breakfast lunch dinner snack ect I just need to keep track of my calorie fiber, and medication. This did that for me and instead of 2 pages per day it has it all on one page love that. I recommend this to people who do not need their food journal to be fancy or complicated

This journal is really helpful in keeping track of food exercise and sugar levels for my newly diagnosed type 1 diabetic daughterMuch more space for frequent testing and recording the effect of sport / dance etc

Great Food Journal . . . I’ve been logging my food on and off for 2.5 years. This is the easiest to use & has everything I need to keep track of. Plenty of space for writing . . . Includes the time, food/drink, amount, protein, fat, carbs . . . Does not miss any of the trigger items. Room for your excerise & even a review of your day. What’s better than this . . . Best value!
