A perfectly sized, perfectly non stick pan.
This is one fabulous pan. In every way.

DOES NOT SIT FLAT!!!!
The 12” pan does not sit flat. It wobbled on my induction top and other flat surfaces. I wondered why it was $100 less than from William Sonoma. It must be defective All-Clad cookware. If not, shame on All-Clad for letting this pass quality control. A $200+ pan should sit dead flat, as I can buy a $35 pan that can handle that simple task. The inner and outer boxes were perfect, so it shipped out that way. Also, the handle is monumentally uncomfortable.

Great pan, but arrived with a scratch on it.
We have a smaller version of this pan, but wanted a larger one. It was a gift for my husband who loves to cook. Unfortunately, we discovered a scratch on the pan. When the box arrived it wasn’t secured with tape and anyone could have opened it.

Don’t Get The Non-Stick
The nonstick surface requires too much maintenance, is not durable, and complaints will be totally ignored by this seller.

This is my go to large frying pan. It is simply amazing. Like all pans with excellent Heat conduction I use moderate heat and food cooks as quickly as needed. Nothing sticks, cleaning is a breeze. After washing I pour out the water and only a few drops remain on the Teflon. Like any quality large pan, it is heavy. But it has a good handle and handhold in front. I also cook at my father-in-laws house and I have one at that house as well.

I was fooled into thinking that an All-Clad pan, at this price point, would be superior. Sadly, no. It’s beautiful. Shiny. For a few months you think, wow.. my pan for life. Nope. I have many other All-Clad pans at astoundingly lower price points, that perform far better. For years…I am very familiar with the care and use requirements for most non-stick pans, including All-Clad. The warranty only covers defective workmanship. Bubbling or peeling, for example. Four months. That’s how long it took to reveal its true self. A $220 disappointment. A return authorization is on its way, but, the threshold of coverage is poor indeed. Loss of non stick can only be your fault, if precise bubbling and peeling is not detected. The return will be rejected. Pass on this overpriced show piece. It’s just not worth it.

The coating started to peel off the edges after about 9 months. All-Clad won’t back it with their warranty.Three times the cost of my three year old T-Fal and it didn’t even make it a year. Their stainless stuff is good, but their non-sticks are questionable at best.

Nothing against the seller but very disappointed in the pan. Raised in the center so all the oil just forms a circle around the outer edge. Have a few All Clad pans and this is the first to do this. $200 for a nonstick pan, won’t buy another

We ordered this pan to match our other brushed finish all-clad plans. This pan is polished (I know because I’ve owned their polished all-clad pans in the past). The outer label on the box says brushed, the inner label product code is brushed, but the pan is polished. I see some other reviews over the years that have had similar issues. Maybe a mix-up at production? – I’m returning it because I paid a premium for the brushed finish.
