Easy, Healthy, Delicious Recipes for the Whole Family
I love this cookbook! Everything turns out perfectly with Meghan’s directions and attention to detail. I love that I don’t have to buy the whole grocery store to make these recipes and many of the recipes have the same healthy staples so you can plan the week easily. My husband actually high five’d me on many of these dishes (even for some of the vegetarian ones and he’s a complete carnivore!) and no complaints from my 7 year old either. Love the instant pot cooking charts too – so helpful! I highly recommend this cookbook if you have instant pot and are looking to make healthy recipes for your family that you will all enjoy without breaking the bank.

Great book if you are new to an Instant pot!
I had no clue how to use our Instant Pot and this cookbook was amazing to educate me on the basics. There are a ton of very delicious recipes. The tomato soup I make on a weekly basis! So many great recipes we keep going back to. We bought this copy for our friends as a gift because we like it so much.

The best cook book i’ve ever had
This cook book is amazing. Instructions are so easy to follow and anything I have made so far has been so delicious and healthy. So far I have made the following recipes and they were all awesome: Flourless Banana Oat Cake (to die for), Millet “CornBread” (amazing healthy substitutions), Wild Rice & Mushroom Stew (My favourite). Creamy Tomato Soup (so creamy with no cream), Mongolian Beef stir fry (my family’s favourite), Chicken Tikka Masala (best healthy indian food), Coconut Lime Shrimp (absolutely delicious), Korean Chicken Bowl (cannot even describe). All recipes are not only delicious but healthy. I highly recommend this cook book.

every recipe turns out easily and perfect
I have a lot of recipe books, but this one really stands out for me. I have made many of the recipes and every one of them has worked out well, first time and every time. I am not an experienced cook with years and years of training. The ingredients are easy to get, the instructions are complete, but not tedious. The many meals that I have made and shared using the recipes in this book have all tasted great.

I would buy an Instant Pot just to use the recipes in this book
This is pretty much all I use for cooking with my Instant Pot. I have made so many recipes from this book and every one has turned out fabulous. I am gluten free and modifications are often spelled out for each recipe. The beginning of the book answers so many questions you may have about using your IP and the ingredients used in the book. Ingredients are healthy and easy. This is my favourite cookbook!

Best Companion Purchase to the Instant Pot
I don’t think I’ve ever worked my way through a cookbook like I have this one. I’ve had it about a month and have already made 15 of the recipes, some more than once. I love how detailed each recipe is, like reminding you to switch your valve to closed before starting, and how there are great variations for different diets. I’m trying to eat low-carb and no-added-sugar, and while there are a few sweet recipes, they use honey, maple syrup, or coconut sugar. In the Internet age, it’s hard to trust a recipe when there are no comments on what worked or variations to try, but this is a cookbook you can trust. It keeps me motivated to keep using the Instant Pot and really understand what it can do better. I’m eating healthier because of it and excited to cook again!

Apart from making apple sauce, pulled pork and cooking rice my instant pot wasn’t getting the use it should and was starting to gather dust in the corner of my kitchen until I got this book on Kindle. Amazing recipes the entire family will love, so far I have cooked a healthy banana breakfast cake , broccoli cheese soup , mushroom rice and Korean chicken and they were all really lovely – my favourite being the broccoli cheese soup- an amazingly tasty soup from so few simple ingredients and you don’t even use stock as cooking in the instant pot retains the flavour. Am going to try all the recipe’s in this well thought out clearly explained book. Fantastic for instant pot newbies

Best Instant Pot cookbook ever!!

I don’t usually write reviews but felt this one to be so deserved! I got an Instant Pot at Christmas and I find it so useful, but even more so now with the delicious recipes contained in this book. I was a bit concerned about some of the cooking times, for example the Peanut Butter Crunch Granola bars 30 minute high pressure seemed like a long time, but I followed the recipes to the letter (mostly) and the all came out perfect. So far I have made the Granola bars, Egg Roll in Bowl, Korean chicken bowls, Healthy Hummus, Fresh bulgur Pilaf, Comforting Noodle Soup, Cheeseburger Salad (what a winner!), Wild Rice and Kale Salad, Pad Thai Stir Fry, Cinammon Pecan Coffee Cake (so good) and the Fresh Apple Crumble. For the crumble my adaptation was to prepare in individual ramekins on the trivet and no water with the apple, just a cup of water at the base. I do reduce a little the sugar and salt content, only because I am used to eating less salt and half a cup of soy sauce in a recipe seems excessive, but I put less and just make up the difference with water. I would honestly make all the recipes again, some I already have several times, and there are many more I can’t wait to try.
