Love the cameras and customer service is great
Love these cameras and the monitor with the ability to have a split screen. The monitor screen is a good size. Set up is super easy. I did have a small issue with the night vision feature not working and within 24 hours of contacting Customer Service, they had sent put a brand new camera with no issue at all. The customer service was great.

Good overall split screen
Overall, good product.Nice wide screen or split screen if needed.Only cons arethat you cannot have simultaniously 2 cam sound on your monitor. Best it can do is sound every 15sec alternate between the cams.The monitors makes a loud bip when almost out of battery but each 5sec (non stoppable) which is stressful and can wakeup the house.Same goes for if one cam is disconnected.The screen could be darker. But you can close it and keep sound.

Great quality monitor, great customer service!
We have been using this double monitor for about 9 months (after our 2nd was born.) Previously to this we used a vtech monitor and compared the sound and clear visual it is much better. Also love that you can move this camera around at different angles from the control on the monitor. The reach is great I’ve walked about 2 houses away just to see and it still had connection. Just recently we switched rooms and have been using toggle mode for sound between both cameras since we stopped room sharing and the battery had taken a noticeable beating (not sure if it was related.) I reached out to customer support and received a new monitor and extra camera within days and it paired with our existing camera no issue. They were polite, efficient and handled things quickly. No issue with the new monitor. I have recommended this to other friends and they love it as well and have also commented on the great customer service. I would definitely buy this brand again!!

Poor Quality
**update**The seller reached out to me after my initial review to replace the faulty product. I haven’t had a chance to use the replacement yet but very satisfied with the customer serviceThe monitor and cameras worked great for the first month or so, but then the camera quality plunged. It’s nearly impossible to see anything on the camera. We swapped out the other camera which worked for a month or so and then the same issue. If the room is fully lit it works great but as soon as the night vision is needed it’s basically useless. Really disappointed with the quality and wouldn’t suggest it. I wish the issues had presented themselves in time for me to return it.

Great monitor/poor night vision
Update: the company reached out and sent new improved cameras and we haven’t had anymore issues! Great company to deal with!I love how big the screen is and and being able to see both of my kids at the same time. The battery life is great but the night vision is terrible. It’s completely black and I can’t see my kid. I’ve tried moving the monitor around a few times to see if that helps, but it’s still too dark to see him. If you’re looking for a good night vision monitor, I’d keep looking.

Great product and customer service
We purchased this monitor a few months ago since having our second child. We’re really happy with the range (we can sit in the backyard and still have strong signal), the picture quality, and the ability to see one or both kids at the same time, and the large screen is great. Recently, one of our cameras lost the ability to tilt up and down. I reached out to Bonoch customer support, and after answering a few questions, a new camera was sent to me promptly. It was easy to pair with the screen. I was also emailed instructions on how to upgrade the camera. I haven’t figured that out yet, but it’s working well as is, so I’m not sure if I need to. I have recommended this monitor to friends. Great purchase!

Great monitor, even better costumer service
I purchased this monitor in May of 2024 before my second born and loved the large screen and all the features it had like the VOX noise detection. Just recently this January 2025 the one camera’s night time vision stopped working. I purchased the product through Amazon but it was too far back to return or do anything about. I went onto the Bonoch website and their costumer service honours purchases made through Amazon if you have the order #. They sent me a new camera with no hassle after I sent photo proof of my issue. I’ve had v tech monitors and wifi ones as well, but If you’re looking for a wifi free monitor I highly recommend.

Updating my review. I liked the features of the camera but the camera wasn’t functional after a week of use but could’ve been a defect. My return window was closed, however, the seller reached out to me immediately to replace my item. I know I should be writing a review on the product but the customer service was delightful. I don’t think I’ve ever come across anything like this. The communication was effective, clear and solved my issue immediately even on the holidays. They were so kind. I’m grateful to have this device to have a peace of mind when my baby is in another room.

My family has used this baby monitor with two cameras for our two little kids for almost 2 years. It was very easy to set up and I love that the cameras can rotate! My only gripe with it (which, in hindsight, makes perfect sense) was that you could only get audio from one camera at a time. We got around this issue by putting a sound-only monitor in one room so we could get audio and visuals from both rooms.After two years, the cameras are still working perfectly. I’ve only had to reset them once or twice. The monitor itself failed about 3 weeks ago. One day, after turning it on, the video blanked out. It still worked as a sound monitor but there was no picture at all. Keep in mind that this monitor has been through heavy use/some abuse (drops, kids drooling into it, etc) so I wasn’t shocked or really upset that it broke after ~2 years. I contacted bonoch to see if I could just purchase another monitor since we didn’t need an extra camera. Without any requests on my end they informed me that (after getting some info/video of the issue) they would send us a new monitor, absolutely free. 3 days later and the new monitor arrived! Set up was simple once again and now we’re back in business!So we have 0 complaints for the product and are incredibly happy with the customer service!

I use this in the our small nursery at church. Parents are able to view children with clarity. The audio works extremely well. I am satisfied with this product and I would highly recommend it. The range is amazing for a product that doesn’t need WI-FI.
