Kitchen Aid Wok
Nice sturdy wok. Would have been nice to have a lid available for it. Large enough to cook for a family. Would suggest you also purchase an element ring at the same time.

These are great quality pans for the price. The 5 ply base provides a great even cooking surface.

Beautiful quality
This is a very beautiful wok. It distributes the heat very evenly and cleans up well. Like it so much I am ordering a second one! I just wish it had come with a cover lid.

Not perfect for glass top.
The buttom measurement is to small to come in contact with my glass top, it takes time to heat up and the heat is concentrated on the middle buttom part. What i like is Easy to clean.

Had this pot for about 11 months. Use it a couple times a week and no complaints.Heats evenly and predictably. Heavy, but in a way that lets you know its going to be around long enough to get your money’s worth. The finish looks like its seen a couple hundred meals/sides cooked in it – but cleans up nice enough to sit back on top of stove with just some soap and water (its stainless, so watch which oils are used for what and temp control).

Excellent quality, will last for years and they clean up beautifully every time. Heats up quickly and evenly, add enough oil or butter to keep from sticking. They are heavier than the cheap nonstick set I had but the quality is much better. Cleaning tip, get some Bar Keepers Helper cleanser. It works on stainless steel sink as well without the bleach.

I wanted a roaster with a stainless rack. I dont use “nonstick anything” despite almost all racks being coated. My Thanksgiving turkey was exceptional. The roaster is heavy, but sturdy. Roasted a 15 lb bird easily.

I got this, since I’ve gone through several different versions of Non-stick over the years. Ceramic, Black interior non-stick and now the Hexagon. Enough. I wanted a high sided stainless steel pan or carbon pan that I could use as a all/everything pan. I feel this is the perfect pan. I need to re-work and learn to find tips and tricks working with this. I know to pre-heat the pan, till I get the bead of water to roll across the surface. Fun to watch in this pan. This is also induction friendly. No buzzing. To work with this pan,I also got this lid, which I really like.”Walfos Universal Lid for Pots, Pans and Skillets – Tempered Glass with Heat Resistant Silicone Rim, Fits 13″, 14″ and 15″. fits perfect.” Allows me to see inside the pan. I can steam cook at low temp. For a spatula, this works well with the curve of the pan:Wok Spatula Stainless Steel, Wide Metal Spatula with Hollow Long Handle Wok Utensils,Silver/14.7Inch.I still have cast-iron, but I prefer Stainless for chicken, sauteing. The cast iron for me is other slow cook methods. I have a high sided Carbon Steel, use to sear steaks prepped while doing Suave.I can strongly recommend this pan. Look at You Tube cooking channels that show you how to cook with Stainless Steel. I want to stop throwing away pans. I remember my grandmother had cast-iron, that was in the family for years. People thought at the time those new fangled Non-stick were great. Boy were we wrong. DuPont, shame on you. Other companies pushing these non-stick what a waste to the environment.

Se debe hacer el pre calentado y luego pintar levemente con aceite y el sartén funciona Muy bien, sin que nada se pegue, fue una buena compra.
