I had an issue due to damage in shipping. I was immediately sent a replacement.This is a VERY large slow cooker! if you have a lot of people to cook for, or are making large batches for freezing, etc., this is great.FYI: Because if the size, it tends to run hot. It will boil – even on low setting, if you don’t have a lot of food in with the liquid.
