Love the Chair
Love this chair. Very esthetically pleasing and very comfortable. It was very easy to put together and I have to add, I’m used to putting a lot of items/furniture together and all have required the use of a hex key, which I hate. The tools with this chair, also included a hex key, BUT, with a handle which was so much less torturous – thank you. The material is very soft and looks and feels very high quality. The only area that I feel could be improved relates to the massager. It is not very strong. That said, it is a bonus and I bought the chair for just that, a comfortable and good looking good quality chair, so as I mentioned, the massager is a bonus option and does not deflect or deflate my opinion of this chair. Love it.

Good value for money
Chair is comfortable and sturdy. The assembly “instructions” are pictures only, no text, and not good ones, so we found assembly a bit tough. It tok us about 2 hours. The chair seat is nice and cushiony, as is the back. Width is very generous. The seat length is an issue for folks with longer legs; it is too shallow, and that is my only complaint about the chair itself.

COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY
A chair that you can NOT sit in. Has a metal bar in the lower back that you can not get even slightly comfortable. Complete waste of you money as they have a vibration option that DOES NOT WORK. The seat has very little padding that feels like you are sitting on a wood plank. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON GARBAGE. They expect you to pay MORE money on it to return it for a refund so welcome to 2025 for a waste of $300 and I have to pay ANOTHER $300 to get a office chair I can use. GARBAGE, GARBAGE, GARBAGE.

Great Support
I find this chair completely comfortable, supports my heavy weight, it also holds my body heat which makes my back feel really great besides the massaging and is very very stylish. I was not into the double wheel system that it came with it. So I purchased a single wheel set of 3 inches from Amazon now it glides like a Cadillac plus very quiet. The only downfall is the cord for the massaging motor it’s not long enough,10 feet be alot more useful instead of 3or4 feet cord. That way I could plug chair in anywhere and roll around in my room, because it’s that comfortable. So if you’re over 300 lb this chair is worth every penny, especially if you buy single size wheels to replace the ones that come with the chair it would be even add more comfort just like a Cadillac.

Great until the One Year Mark
I’ve been using this chair for about a year and a half. Up to now it has been great and comfortable. At around the year mark the chair height function became non existent. When adjusted the seat immediately slides down to the lowest height. Very annoying. The leather also began to tear apart relatively quickly. The heaviest person to use the chair is about 320lbs no where near the supposed limit.

The chair is GREAT – I’m ordering a second one -in case I can never find one like this again. Its going in the kitchen at my breakfast table to replace that hard old wooden oak chair !
