Easy to use and charge. Takes reading on command. Blood pressure readings are off by 10 points over. But because it’s consist and I checked I against a larger machine I know that therefore I know how to translate the reading. I read up that this is a common problem with smart rings. Other reading are good. Great for tracking your sleep

Took a chance
Took a chance no reviews but best chance I ever took. Tested with my garmin and was pretty accurate with steps and heart beat. Sleep still isn’t tracking. Battery lasts so long. I ordered a size bigger but stacked another ring to stay in place.
