Of all the Green Pans that I’ve gotten of the years, this is the best. Heavy duty, easy to clean. I use the soft part of the sponge. It’s a great pan.

It is early days of using this pan but directions say not to use spray so I am following that direction. I is really nice to use.

Sides are too high. Difficult to flip / sautee. This is more of a saucepan than a skillet. Also, after just two uses, I noticed it was less slick. I saw the review where someone suggested cleaning it with salt because of the soap build-up. I figured he was referring to a year or so. Nope! I noticed the soap build-up after just two uses. I don’t spend $50 on a pan that I have to clean with salt everyday. No thanks.Looking for a skillet? Keep looking.UPDATE: I posted a pic after the 3rd usage. This pan just keeps getting worse. This was an egg white omelette with using butter.UPDATE #2: I’ve been using this pan for a couple month now and it is a nice pan for frying eggs and other cooking, but it still really struggles with lower fat / high water content foods. I also stand by my comment above that the sides are the wrong curvature for flipping / sautéing. My primary purpose is egg white omelets, and this pan simply doesn’t work for that. So far, it hasn’t warped or scratched which is good. I’m increasing my rating from 2 to 3 stars.

I was thinking this was a healthier alternative to nonstick teflon pans that are not good for you.

Non stick is amazing. I did an over-easy egg test. First time I could easily flip the egg without a spatula and yolk was intact.Only negative, after just one egg, and a only 3 minutes, the handle got pretty hot. With longer cook times, I assume it will be too hot to touch. Get a handle cover.
