To start off with, the box has one of the most over-used and trite quotes on it, how “today is a gift, that’s why we call it the ‘present’ “… >cringe< ... BUT outside of that, it's a very nicely done deck, although just gloss "board game" style cards, not heavy duty linen or plastic finished - so the edges WILL eventually separate with use (especially shuffling). The color art is a bit simplistic, and kind of children's bookish in style, but pleasing. The quotes on the cards are more in the "food for thought" or "inspirational" than those centered on true mindfulness, but they are good. They kinda feel like fortune cookie fortunes, to be honest. There's nothing deep from the core of esoteric mysticism, the occult, etc. Comes with some very cute little envelopes if you want to gift a card, and nice little stickers to seal them with... NICE!Comes in a sturdy cardboard box. For the price of $10, totally recommended. NICE!

2024 (and soon 2025) has been my self care year. These cards are really nice. You could give the entire box to someone who needs some positive affirmations. I read one per week, and then send the card to a different friend with a little card (killing two resolutions- reaching out to more people in the old fashioned way of snail mail and a card!), and getting a nice affirmation/meditation for myself. Whatever your need or use, for the price and quality, I definitely recommend this set!

I have been on a real motivational/affirmation track lately. When I grabbed these cards I wasn’t sure what to expect, but they are a cute addition to my cards. They really get your mind thinking. If a card doesn’t really resonate with you, just stick it in an envelope and leave it for someone special to find. I leave mine in the store or at the park. 🤷♀️💜The colors are nice and mild, so they keep you in.a calm mindset. The cards are sturdy and about the size of a credit card. The messages are clear and are a good price for the product you receive.I would recommend these for sure.

One must be open-minded to benefit from this set of cards. Some of the affirmations are thought-provoking. While others appear to be nonsensical. It all depends on the mindset of the reader. The set comes with envelopes to give the cards away daily.
