Recipes are designed to be enjoyed by most people, from those who are not accustomed to spicy foods to those who cannot eat without them.
All recipes are standardized – for easier meal prep, less time spent in the kitchen and meals that turn out the same every time. Standardized recipes give you the ingredient(s) and quantities on the left side and the instructions on what to do with each ingredient on the right side. No need to look up and down several times as you cook!
All 316 main recipes come with a picture to ease your decision about what to cook each week.

Amazing Cookbook!
Out off all cookbooks I’ve seen, this one is really special. Not only are there recipes for different occasions and from different cuisines around the world, but there is also a set of recipes for every week of the ENTIRE YEAR. And as a registered dietitian myself, I am happy to find a cookbook that provides both healthy and tasty food!!
