Very disappointed with Bonoch!
I am very disappointment with my Bonoch baby monitor and the bono h customer support team. I had purchased this for my sister in law for her baby that was born in August 2024.Despite countless times reconnecting/resetting and pairing both the cameras and monitor , 1 camera freezes and stops working completely after 1-2 mins. The up & down arrow keys don’t work with it & the black screen then comes on with the red disconnected symbol.Her 2nd camera video works (thankfully) but there is a ridiculous amount of loud static all night long. It doesn’t matter where it is in the house, or even if she brings it to someone else’s house, the static is ALWAYS loud and obnoxious to the point where she can’t even hear her baby.We have both tried to contact the bonoch support team for several weeks sending them videos and photos of the problems with these defective cameras, with no success. Please do not waste your money on this horrible product!!
