The extra Camera is great!
I gave this as a gift so I can’t specifically answer to this product but my other daughter has the same one and the picture was clear and sound was good. The extra camera is useful for multiple floors in your home. Seems to be good quality as it has been recommended to me by several people

Don’t waste your time with this product
Honestly to my surprise it’s garbage…I wanted to love this product. I purchased for my new twin babies because I loved the split screen feature and thought it would be a good fit. I was thrilled at first when I set up the monitor but then quickly realized that only one camera functioned properly, the other did not pan from the parent unit at all. I set up a return and ordered a replacement. When I received the new monitor now both the cameras were not functioning properly….. I am beyond frustrated to say the least. The phone number for customer service did not work and so I had to return a second unit. I’m not used to such awful quality from VTech. Once ok it happens but twice is ridiculous and such a waste of my time.I already have another model that is a single camera and it’s worked great, I’ve never had a problem with quality of other VTech products.I won’t waste any of my time further with this product. If someone gets a unit that functions and is not defective I’m sure it’s great but I wouldn’t risk the headache and time.I like my app and my other camera so I may try and order a different model next still from VTech but it will be from a store because I do not want to risk dealing with more returns via shipping. Otherwise I’ll have to move onto a different company altogether.

Defective Night Vision
This is my second time purchasing V-Tech camera’s for our kids rooms, and can say this is absolutely the last time. The first set of two cameras and parent unit lasted 2 years before one of the camera’s stopped working entirely, just in time for my second child’s arrival (which was the whole intent of buying two camera’s in the first place). This time, it only took two months for one of the camera’s night vision to stop working. I am still under warranty but to qualify V-Tech is asking me to return THE ENTIRE set, so both cameras and parent unit, and they will not ship me a new set until they receive my defective package!!! They expect me to be without a camera in my toddler and newborns room for at least a week – totally unacceptable. I will never buy V-Tech again with this type of customer service. I require a camera for safety purposes for both my children… ridiculous.

Great picture quality! I wanted to specifically buy cameras with motion sensors and these cameras are perfect! Price was also reasonable. Night vision works well.

Les degrés d’angle ne fonctionne pas
Je suis déçu de mon achat. Probablement un défaut de fabrication mais reste que je vais devoir essayer de voir mes options avec ma compagnie. La fonction de permettre une vue panoramique 360degré ne fonctionne pas. Il est impossible de déplacer l’angle de la caméra à partir du moniteur donc la caméra reste fixe. Très décevant quand bébé bouge dans ma chambre et on veut le suivre.

Ces camera sont bonne pour voir mes enfant dans leur someil si tout va bien! La qualité video est bonne. Elle ce rend loin. Seul défautl cest quelle nest pas 360⁰ on peu pas la diriger nous même. La batterie dure longtemps!
