The sound was clear but if the microphone isn’t right by your mouth the people say that they can’t hear you or you sound like you’re in a tunnel you have to adjust it. I do prefer the one sided headsets but will keep this one for a backup.

been having alot of trouble with my regular audio jack headphones so i tried out these usb ones. it works great, and the sound quality if good. the microphone is clear for my calls and i can also use it when i play pc games so it worked out well. the controls on the wire work great and make muting easy and the long cable is perfect for when i need to move away but still need to stay connected

I have used Callez headsets over the and have been very pleased with their products. Callez new USB computer headset did not disappoint, and I’m so glad I tried it. It was easy to plug in, update settings to recognize the device as my speakers, and enjoy the headset. The sound is very clear and the noise cancelling feature works very well. I’ve asked coworkers about microphone clarity and all say they can hear me clearly. The ear pieces are nicely cushioned and comfortable without me feeling constrained in any way. I also like the length of the cord as well as the button features for mute, etc. I’m quite pleased with this new version, and it is a great value for its cost!
