Good size non stick wok
This is a great size for stir frys and it’s good that it’s made with healthier non stick materials. I’m really glad I purchased this. GreenPan is a pioneer brand in ceramic cookware so I trusted the brand.

Dont put in dishwasher
Great wok but after a few times in the dishwasher its completely destroyed. I am buying a new one and will hand wash it only to see how long that lasts. Otherwise its great nonstick at the start.

It’s okay
Food still sticks to pan. It’s alright, but not great. Wouldn’t recommend

I’ve had this pan for 2 months so far and I’m beginning to love this pan. I was skeptical when I first opened the pkg because the instructions noted that you should cook on medium heat. I always thought stir-fry should be cooked with high heat, especially if its cooked in a wok. That turned out to be a minor issue for me. I cook everything on medium-high heat with no issues. My stir-fry comes out good. I use it to cook foods that splatter (like bacon). The deep sides helps keep the splatter from going all over the stove. I reheat food in it (meat, veggies, and starch, and even mac&cheese) by putting it on medium heat letting the food warm up for about 10 mins. then easily slide the food out of the pan when warm enough. So far so good. Still very nonstick. In fact it’s so nonstick I don’t have to put it in the dishwasher. I just wash it with water, dish soap and a soft sponge. No scrub sponge. Since it’s nonstick it takes 1 – 2 mins to clean. I don’t know why some customers are having a problem with the nonstick wearing away. I will definitely make note of the nonstick wearing away. If or when it happens I will let you know.P.S.- The instructions also said not to use extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) in the pan or cooking sprays when cooking. It says to use oil like canola or butter if anything at all. So I pretty much follow that directive. Kind of a hard switch for me because I normally use EVOO when cooking in any other pan. But it’s still a minor issue for me. Also, I have not used it in the oven yet but I’m sure it will work as expected there.:)***Update 1 year later:Still loving it.My pan STILL is as non-stick as the day I bought it. It’s a little over a year since I bought it. Still non-stick,still easy to clean. I have now tried using it in the oven several times (no problem). I have even used EVOO when cooking, no problem. I also use metal utensils in it although not all the time, but still no problem.I still love this pan and would buy it again.***Update 2 yrs and 3 mos laterWell it finally happened. The non-stick is wearing off. I think because I’ve been a little careless with it here and there. A couple of burns and certain items I’ve cooked probably helped to wear off the non-stick. I’ve noticed non-stick starting to wear off at around the 2 yr point. But now it’s wearing more. Over-easy eggs stick after I turn them over and ready to take them out of the pan. And thats when cooking them in a little butter and oil. And I can’t have that, I don’t like broken yolks on over-easy eggs. Lol.Anyway now I’m looking for a new non-stick pan. I’ll check bed Bed Bath and Beyond near me , they’re having a liquidation sale. If I don’t find anything, I’ll come back to Amazon and I may wind up with the same pan. Because I like the size of it (11 in. diameter), the deep sides as well as the non-stick. But this time I’ll be more careful with the new pan. Fingers crossed. 🙂

Non stick Coating is great. Strong and hard, but pls don’t abuse. Wok is good for searing meat at higher temp. Handle is hollow stainless steel, it is strong but light weight can go into oven, no issue at higher temperature. Base is not too thin but not overly thick and heavy either. I like the anodised outer. Will not turn black in fire if oil smug during accidental spill over.

Great size, easy to cook in, the only oil or butter necessary is what you’d use for flavor bc absolutely nothing sticks to this pan. It’s so easy to clean. I love it. No complaints at all. It was a great buy.

Perfect for cooking Asian dishes, but you can also make chilaquiles. This is the best non-stick pan I’ve ever tried.

Bought in May 2022.Year 1: used 3-4x weekly. Nonstick properties great for the first 3 months. Then started just being fair after that. The upside is that it was still easy to clean and the pan looked new.Year 2: still used 3-4x weekly but definitely losing its nonstick properties. The last few months have been trying my patience. Even cleaning it has been a bit of a pain. It still looks great but I’m ready to toss the panNo abrasive cleaners, silicone or wood spatulas…heat ranged from medium to med high.3 stars. It’s met my expectations for a nonstick pan with regular use but no more special than a traditional nonstick coated wok from Techef, for example.
