    It’s got me on the edge of my seat. And off of it…
    I’m around the weight limit of this chair, and the swivel mount has begun to deform and the chair is tilting forwards. I noticed this once I slid out of it and landed on the floor. Engaging the tilt lock is a temporary work-around, but that has also begun to deform over time; leaning the chair forward again. It fear it’s not long for this world. Also, the left armrest had a small defect on the interior edge which was annoying and gradually lead to deterioration and part of it falling apart. I can’t comment on the casters or base, because I immediately replaced them with superior after-market options. The seat cushion isn’t great; it will deform and shift over time, but also isn’t bad.The back, lumbar support, and headrest all worked excellent for me! The mesh is also great for hot summers. Given the issues mentioned above, and the other issues I’m seeing in the negative reviews: I can’t recommend this for people who are near the weight limit. But I suspect it will probably be fine for less-heavy people.

    Had a few months and the chair has a lean to it now, Starting to hurt my back, Terrible product. I am only 300 lbs and It didn’t last at all.Impossible to contact seller.AVOID at all costs. Huge waste of money.

    lopsided, seat is uneven, makes loud metallic popping noises
    The most uncomfortable chair I have owned. The seat cushion is very firm but it is uneven on one side it is denser so when you sit you are lower on one side. The chair also makes metallic popping noises from under the seat. So I rechecked all the bolts twice to be sure they were nice and snug. Still make the noises. The good things about the chair are it is easy to assemble, and it looks great.

    I’ve had the product for less than a year and the piston is shot, leans forward, and parts are falling off.Good luck contacting someone for help!I noticed that is has also gone up ~$100 since I purchased it! NOT WORTH THE MONEY!Keep scrolling & find yourself a better chair. This one is trash and that’s where it is going!

    This chair is perfect very comfy. Lots of cusion that doesn’t collapse. Back is cool. The chair is quiet. Arms are perfect. update 6 months in the chair broke, something under the chair some little black/gray ring broke, and shattered it is all over my carpet. now every time i move in any way in the chair it makes a loud popping sound. I have no idea what it was or is, not a chair expert. A little disappointed it only lasted 6 months.

    I don’t know why so many chair manufacturers are ruining perfectly good chairs with those flimsy headrests?!? I was a little surprised that the base of the chair came in 6 pieces (excluding the wheels, they are always separate), but it did seem sturdy when assembled despite the extra screws and work. The chair itself feels safe and comfortable. But the cheapola head rest I have no confidence in. It is held in by two screws and feels ready to flop off and snap my head back at any time. You can see it in the photo of the chair. It is completely separate until screwed on with those two screws. So it would be 5 star for the chair, one star for the head rest which gives the chair an overall 4 stars.

    Was super comfortable, but I have to sit in at least 8 hrs a day and cushion is already getting hard causing a little discomfort. But the chair makes no noise, my husband put it together easily by himself and its super sturdy. I would purchase again, I have just added a pillow for comfort.

    Update. Left arm rest fell apart today. The seat cushion is flat and the seat support has started to break. This chair will have to be replaced. I highly recommend going with a different chair. This is not worth the back pain or $$.I work from home 4 out of 5 days a week and needed a comfortable chair. I read the reviews on this one and had high hopes. But after about just over a month ago and the chair is already starting to fall apart. So far the seat portion of the chair is starting to lean to the left which makes the seat wobble and just yesterday, the arm piece has started to come apart. At the time of this review, i weight around 290lbs.Other things i don’t like about this chair is from the beginning it had a slight forward lean that some chairs have. overall. i don’t recommend this chair for anyone that needs to use it for any prolonged timeframe.
