Unable to put together
Back of the chair has no way to attach to the base.It is supposed to screw into the base, but the piece it screws into; has no screw threads, and this product did not come with bolts. I tried just having it sit in the holes, and it immediately just falls apart. There’s quite literally no way to use this chair.

Sleek – Like The Grey Blue
Great office chair which we use in the craft room. Don’t really use the massage feature but I can see how it could have some value if you were sitting still in it for some period of time. Because of my use, I’m always moving in the chair and/or getting up and down. Have used the footrest a little and afraid it’s going to break as it seems flimsy, but hasn’t given me any issue. And finally, like I said I get up and down quite a bit and I find the chair creaks, almost like something is breaking but I can’t find where the sound is coming from and everything is solidly held together. So the chair is stylish and comfortable. I like it.

Multiple problems
Sent me 2 left arms and the vibration feature only worked for 3 minutes until it no longer worked again. Chair is very comfortable and would buy again if the problems were fixed.
