The desk is great. Good value for money. However, the controller stopped working after two months. I’m writing hoping the seller will contact me and send a controller replacement.Update: I contacted the seller, and they promptly sent a controller replacement. I am satisfied with their service.

It was perfect and worked great, until it didn’t.The controller for the standing desk died randomly. It won’t turn on anymore. Very sad and disappointed. Don’t waste your money.

I bought it for work and assembled within 45 min. It works well so far. It comes with extra screws and parts. Centre desk part came with damage. Damaged area facing downside and not noticeable. Everything else works well

Product is good but no warranty or customer service
First, one component was broken. I called customer service and tried to contact the seller but there was no reply whatsoever. Fortunately, that basket is not the most important part of the desk. However, if there’s one single, small key component is broken, you have to carry and return the whole, heavy desk to amazon rather than receiving a new component.Second, there is no warranty accompanying this desk. Either you’re lucky and the desk stays well. Or you’re unlucky and there is no customer service afterwards.We bought two of these same table and the other table control box broken and cannot adjust the height any more. I searched online and found a eBay us site sold 3rd party part that may work. The eBay seller said they only ship to US address.

Worth the price
Though I am not 100% happy that the table top is composed of 4 separate panels, I can alway buy a 1-piece table top at a later time if needed. And with its price just a little over some of single motor base only, this is a good buy.

Not even taken out of box and I noticed it’s defective, and I have to pay for shipping to return???
Bought this based on reviews. Opened box and saw two areas where rubber boarder on desk is bubbled and can’t be fixed. Went to return and only option is that I pay to return but company will reimbursed $3 ??? I should not have to pay for shipping on a defective item.

Bought this desk for my husband. He loves it. He’s a big guy (6’2) and loves that it is height adjustable. The only thing wrong is that it came with a couple of broken pieces (outlet box). Other than that, its a perfect fit.
