    This book is so nice and useful for working out, normally I get my reps and weight so messed up, but now it’s so much easier, and I love that also comes with the cardio track on the bottom, really useful book, comes with enough pages to keep tracking for a good amount of months and it’s perfect size to fit in you car or gym bag ( so you don’t forgot about it when going to the gym) 100% recommend and probably ordering more really soon!
