Amazing Headset
Loving my headset! It is very clear, comfortable, lightweight, but does move around on my head!! The microphone is easily adjusted up and down, can wear either the left or right side of the head, but most importantly…it took 10seconds to setup!!!This is one of the best headsets I’ve used. I always prefer the corded over the wireless, as they are more functional, and less noise and don’t worry about static!!The best feature is I’m able to disconnect with the headset on my head from the phone within seconds…no struggle or fight, it glides easily in and out of it’s connection!!! Good product
This si the second set that I have purchased. First one still works but it has broken part (microphone arm has cracked the tube that is in) after two years of use. Can’t blame of the product as it is good product. Only 4 stars as it could be improved design . In terms of use, excellent sound quality and ease of use. Strongly recommend, great deal for the money.

Best Headset for Value
Great Product. I get numerous calls at work, and this head set allows me to switch the adaptor to the off position in order to not allow my caller to hear me, however still allow me to hear and have my caller on the phone while looking into their questions, I may not readily have an answer to. Sometime I may need to yell out to a co-worker for help, and I can do so and still sound professional by muting the phone. Noise cancellation is great. If I am thinking out old, I can flip the mouth piece up, and the call will hardly hear, I sound to them far away in the background. It’s light, and easy to adjust over tour head. My company bought these $100 + headphones for everyone to use, and they don’t work nearly as great as these ones. I had a crack over time on my head phone, from adjusting head size, or caring in my bag without box, and I contacted the seller, and warranty was honoured, received a new one in the mail. Really impressed and highly recommend.

It has become unusable
Alas, it was working well – until it didn’t. The headset now screeches loudly, and conversation while using it has become impossible. I bought it last spring. so it hasn’t lasted very long. I’m very disappointed.******This headset works well with my Clarity phone. The signal is clear and strong.I would also like to applaud the company’s response when the first headset did not fit my phone. After clarifying which heaset would fit, the company sent a replacement immediately. I appreciate their commitment to client satisfaction.

Pretty good, works with my office phone
This is pretty good, and a decent price. THe mic is alright, not stellar. But I wasn’t willing to pay over $100 for something that was stellar. I also have a tendency to say my S’s rather hard, and you can really tell that on this mic. But the earpiece is comfortable and clear. The only complaint I have had from people about the mic, is when I forgot to bring it down after I answer a call. SO really… Operator error.

This is actually the 2nd one that I’ve bought in this model (the first one I broke by twisting the mike up too hard and snapping one of the wires). It is probably the most comfortable headset I’ve used to date – even after hours of being on a call, my ears don’t hurt as much as they did with other headsets. Voice and headset quality is clear and set-up was less then 5 minutes. It also allows me to switch ears if needed so is more versatile. Plus, I’m not eating a foam ball all the time which was the real reason I bought it in the first place.I use an Aastra 57i SIP phone and have no complaints from the people that are on the call with me. It’s a really great product at a very reasonable price.

Loved this headset for abot 8 mos. Then it became fuzzy. No amount of adjusting it made it better… it did work perfectly. Same phone, no movement of the phone or other apparatus around at all.It was used daily 30-40 times a day. No problems at all – in a work from home environment matched well to a chunky land line desk phone i purchased just months prior. I hate the usual speaker phone settings that people use to have a hands- free set up- as the give-and take environment, causes stomping all over one another. Many of my clients are NYC, NJ, and other faster-talking folks, only a headset will do.I really want to re-order it. But don’t want to take a chance on it crapping out agian. Using my work’s Jabber application currently with calls dropped, etc. unimpressed. I want my old quality headset back, :(***** UPdate on this reveiw! this vendor Wantek is so awesome. They read my reveiw, and knew i was dissatisfied. ( i didn’t have to reach out to them!- AMAZING customer service!) they asked if i woudl be interested in getting a new unit to try. Of course, I agreed. They sent it immediately. I have been utilizing the new headset for several weeks now. NO feedback, no fuzziness. Clear precise tone. Sure beat the heck out of trying to converse with your clients via speaker phone, and everyone talking all over each other!!Great headset, I will update in a month or two to let you guys know about durability. My first unit may have been a random issue. :)These folks really care about their product, your satisfaction, and their reputation. KUDOS!!
