Excellent for pancakes. Had the same one only larger. Don’t use it on super high heat. It tolerates it but it might lose non stick quality. Someone I know did this to my other one and since then things stick to it. Used on medium or lower it works amazingly and lasts! Treat them nicely.

Non stick for 4 1/2 months
Not worth the 56$ dollar price tag. I’ve only used this for cooking eggs so it really never saw high heat. I found myself having to use much more oil as time went on. There are better and cheaper options at Canadian Tire. Nothing special here. The pan itself is still in good shape, but there’s no nonstick left. The slipperiness is gone!

Great for one week
After one week cooking only breakfast eggs over med heat with a small amount of oil never high heat and only hand washing with a sponge,Coating is flaking off. Just complete junk with a near professional price tag. Save your money!! Customer service is non existent

This is my Greenpan after less than one year of exclusively hand washing as directed. When I contacted customer service for a replacement under the two year “warranty” I was told this was “normal wear and tear” and they will not be sending me a new pan. I didn’t realize it was “normal” to eat flecks of ceramic coating that flake off into your food!? Will not be purchasing any other products from them nor recommending.

購入して2ヶ月。毎日使用するわけでもありませんが、すでに寿命を感じています。目玉焼きを焼くと写真のようにフライパンにくっついてしまいます。余熱もしっかりし、油もひいています。テフロン加工なしに惹かれて購入しましたが、寿命がここまで短いとなると残念です。値段すごく安いわけではありせんし。

Pans aren’t 100% non-stick from day one. Requires heavy scrubbing to remove stubborn stuck on items. Do look good after cleaning though.Pot lid handles get so hot they can burn you.Not impressed.
