    Great skillet!
    This cast iron skillet is perfect. I love the lid, it can be tight fitting or vented with a turn. The silicone handle is great, and I love that with the short handle this large-sized pan fits flat in my kitchen sink for cleaning. I give it a light oiling with ghee after every cleaning. I would buy this again.

    excellent purchase for cast iron
    I actually don’t use this very much, in part due to it requiring extra care which sometimes I’m just not in the mood for. Not that it’s a lot, but it’s not nothing, either. BUT, when I do use it I’m very happy with the added value it gives to things I cook. Flavour, texture, etc.

    FINALLY – quality pans at an affordable price!
    These pans are nothing short of amazing. They are deep dishes, so you can cook actual meals without everything spilling over the edges. The lids fit well & the fact that they come with lids in the first place makes them an awesome deal. Pretty standard to clean and care for in terms of cast iron. If you’re wondering it’s preseasoned, but they are the rough pans – not smooth. If I had to nit-pick I’d say I was slightly disappointed in the silicone handles. They may not melt at high temperatures, but they get just as hot at high temperatures as anything else. (You still need oven mitts to remove your silicone cupcake tray from the oven right.) They slide on and off well, but not loose fit. They will prevent my children from melting their hands if they grab the handles – but it’s still going to be super hot so you need to use an oven mitt. I will definitely be buying more of these pans in the future.

    I love my new frying pan! Been cooking all holidays and this made it much better. Made a duxelle for a Boeuf Wellington, seared my roast, made eggs etc…. everything is so tasty and it really took my cooking next level compare to regular frying pansCame in super fast, happy customer 🤘

    Really wonder why it took so long to see a cast iron pan that comes with a lid anywhere (not just online). This lid makes all the difference. Splatters are greatly reduced which makes the whole cleaning process much more easy.As for the pan itself, it was well seasoned out of the box. After burning some food I ended up scrubbing the seasoning and applying my own with avocado oil (high heat oil) and it works really well now. It is not as non-stick as Teflon but chicken, beef, pork, and bacon specifically all release without problem. I haven’t tried eggs nor fish yet but I am happy regardless.This is my first time using cast iron and I am really happy with the results. It is really difficult to get tasty food out of Teflon pans as they don’t retain the heat that well nor it is advisable to go higher to compensate. In contrast, this cast iron pan can sit comfortably on its own in medium to low heat so that when I add food it doesn’t cool down. As a result, food doesn’t burn and yet it has its characteristic golden color.I have been spoiled. Regular teflon tastes just slightly better than if had I boiled the food.

    I like that this set comes with matching covers, and the heat resistant handles are a nice touch. Fully seasoned out of the box. I use them all regularly and all my old frying pans went to the thrift store.

    Amazing value! They have glass lids and silicon handles to pick up pans. Best value by far. Stay away from dangerous Teflon and other pan coatings.

    Si sigues las instrucciones y la usas correctamente es lo mejor que existe, si no la usas tal cual es un dolor de cabeza, el primer curado como dice las instrucciones es el más importante luego es solo usar lavar normalmente y secar con un paño y aceitar, yo lavo normalmente con esponja seco con un paño de microfibra de esos de Costco y luego echo un tantito de aceite y con un papel de cocina esparzo el aceite por toda la sartén y así lo dejo listo para su próximo uso, si haces ese simple paso tienes sartén antiadherente para toda la vida
