Adjustable
Very happy with how adjustable this chair is. The arm rests go up/down, forward/backward, side-to-side, and rotate. The seat depth can slide forward or backward depending how long your legs are, or to fit lumbar better. The back can be locked so you don’t lean back too far. Seat can be raised or lowered. Tension when leaning back can be adjusted too.Easy to assemble – push on 5 wheels, and screw in 6 bolts (2 bolts for the base, 1 for each arm, 2 for the headrest).I like that the arms are smooth semi-soft plastic and not fabric, so it doesn’t chafe/rub your arms.Aluminum alloy frame feels much sturdier than my previous chair.Mesh back and fabric bottom don’t get sweaty.

The materials seem very good quality
This is a sturdy and heavy chair. The box is big and heavy, but they definitely make sure that your chair is perfectly wrapped. The instruction manual is simple. Assembly is simple too. This chair has many cool features to adjust it to your desired position. At the beginning it was difficult to understand how to do these adjustments and I still don’t understand what the “tilt tension adjustment” does. The chair is definitely designed to make you sit in a correct posture, so don’t think you are going to slouch on it, because the backrest basically has you sitting up straight. The armrests are cool as you can move them up and down, front and back, side to side and even swivel. The wheels glide nicely even on carpet. Here are a few things that I didn’t like: 1. The armrests are wobbly. Especially the one on the right side, it would not align nicely and no matter how much I tried to tighten it, it was just too wobbly. The one on the left feels way more sturdy. 2. The seat itself feels a bit hard. I haven’t tried it for a full 8 hour shift, but will try and see if I can survive it. 3. The instruction manual has some of the tiniest red letters to explain important adjustment instructions. Even for people who don’t need glasses, the colour and size make it hard to read. 4. The seat seems a bit narrow, so if I wanted to use it without the armrests, it wouldn’t feel as comfortable. It’s a bummer that the one armrest is too wobbly, because this chair has been built to last.

Ergo chair swivels and tilts comfortably on heavy metal frame
Ergonomics on this chair are thoughtfully engineered being adjustable from multiple angles including seat position. It feels comfortable for hours while tilting backwards using rocking mechanism. Framing on this ergo chair is rather hefty using solid brushed metal rods which seams together with only 4 bolts. This is also what made assembly process feel simple to figure out by mounting backrest and side arms. Even roller base is partially machined out of a single metal component. Casters despite being plastic on snap fittings did glide across smoothly on floors. Stitching of fabrics are another upside for durability being double lined mesh yet chair backrest felt breathable and ventilated enough to reduce sweating when leaning back.Adjustability is what makes this office chair feel ergonomic, rotating armrests, laterally shifting, or increasing height. Chair seat cushion can also move forward on Y-axis nearly 3″ from backrest once seated. Headrest looks tad bit unusually shaped on curvature since it only partially tilts forward or height wise. Chair isn’t without a few compromises since lumbar does relies only on the mesh backrest and underneath gas cylinder leaves about 2″ of spacing gap to floors. Overall I was quite pleased with how this ergonomic chair turned out balancing comfort of seating with sleek industrial design to modernize home offices.
