Just the right size – easy to use touch controls – easy to clean fits in the dishwasher- only downside it is a bit bulky to fit in the cupboard

Went back to Ninja
I wanted to like this and I am not sure if it was a return/used since it had finger prints on it and packaging was odd but I am returning it and have ordered another Ninja. I lost money on this one since I sold my Ninja to get this one. and now will pay full price again. (lesson learned).Things I noticed was that the door sticks so you really have to yank it open. The plastic looks cheap and as I mentioned it has marks on this one? I was not crazy about the cooking either. I followed the recipe and ribs were burned on outside and not soft on inside even though I lowered the temp. The instructions were simple. Maybe the more expensive Instant Vortex is better but I was not happy with this one. Such a pain to return.

DON’T BUY! Arrived defective, terrible customer support.
I followed the instructions and attempted the “test run” recommended by the manufacturer. In the middle of the test run, the drawer needs to be removed and placed back, when I put the drawer back in, the display says “Open”. I unplugged the unit but it was still stuck on open. I contacted Instant customer support, the first girl told me to make a video of the problem and send that with the receipt and codes. When I had completed that, I waited on hold for over an hour and the guy just told me to return to Amazon and ended the chat without letting me reply. I’m pissed about this, we bought groceries specifically for this air fryer and had a meal prepared and ready to be cooked when this happened. No apology or concern from the company, like this happens all the time. After researching Instant brand air fryers online, I realized that they actually have tons of known issues and defects. The whole unit just felt cheap and crappy straight out of the box. Very disappointed. I will never buy this brand again.

I don’t know how I made it 30 years without this thing. This is the second time I have bought almost the exact same air fryer and still love it just as much the things that cook so quickly and so easily and so crispy is just astounding to me. Air fried salmon equals the sleeper meal.*chef’s kiss

Looks like it would have been a good air fryer but smelt burning after a couple of minutes and a USA plug on it

I like how easy it is to use, the size of the drawer, and how easy it is to clean. It cooks the food evenly. I like it warms up and beeps to let me know to add my food. It also beeps the let me know to flip my food half way thru the cooking time. There is nothing I don’t like.

Product looked great and the added kit could be useful. However this product is for the US market and does not comply with the UK voltage system. To buy a converter/adapter would cost more than the item, and add to the cost of running the item in the UK.

Great product. Sturdy build and easy to clean. Perfect size for small families. Cooks very quickly.
