   I definitely saw improvement with these clip-on glasses and what’s cool is you can flip the glasses up if you felt like it. I bought these as a temporary use when I’m home playing games or watching videos and the moment I put them on, it just immediately took away the blue light. Even just walking around you notice how much blue light it filters. I definitely like them and recommend them, but it somewhat gets in the way in the middle as all clip-on glasses would do.

   I never liked LCD screens with background light. They make my eyes dry after 1hr. After 8hr of work, real work, my eyes feel like there is sand in them. Drops don’t help. These shades do help. Now I can work for 8hrs with mild discomfort. I guess that is best I can hope for, until LCD industry find a fix or we find alternative monitors.

   The only thing that bothers me is the clip is in my line of vision. They are a bit bigger than my glasses, which seems weird. Otherwise, my eyes are more comfortable using them.
