Great chair. Relieves hip pain. I am a little bit disappointed in the back rest. I paid more to get the back rest but my back barely touches it even when adjusted to the max. I am only 5 feet tall and this chair is made for taller people. It would be nice if the back rest had more adjustments.

I ordered this to replace my existing office chair that I have used for over 10years. While it is a good chair, my back & hips were starting to hurt. With the Master Chair, my posture is changing and over time I believe my back will correct itself.

decent product, helps a lot with my posture
Only one drawback I noticed immediately after assembly, the backrest is too low and it is fixed, does not even reach my lower back. Should have bought the one without the backrest, save some money. As from the product standpoint it shouldn’t be that difficult to make it adjustable.

I like the chair, very comfortable, but will have to return it as the backrest was ripped on arrival. The box looked pretty beaten up, it looked like a used product. But it’s a good chair.

I love my new chair. I normally sit cross legged and this chair allows me to do that with my ankles rested on the knee pads. Glad i got one with the back support – great for a good stretch.
