Good headset for the price, with some caveats
Overall a good headset for the price. Construction is decent, relatively lightweight, and earpads are comfortable (but feel warm after a while). Headphones sound good but the included USB DAC is only 16 bit audio, so you can get better quality if you swap in a better DAC. Microphone sound quality is good and clear for calls, but there is a big spike in the 4000-10000Hz range. If you want to use this for recording or streaming, EQ is a must.

Great sound for a small price
I put off buying a headphone for ages. I use it for zoom and for music. I really like these headphones. They are a little tighter fitting than I had planned. I wear a hearing aid and if I don’t set them just so, the hearing aid squeals. However, I am still very impressed with these. Really good sound and I can fold microphone away from my face when not needed. Very happy with my purchase.

Doesn’t Seem to Have a Noise Cancelling Function as Stated!
I don’t think it has the noise-cancelling capabilities as it stated on the website! As someone who works from home and needs to speak all day, I was specifically looking for a headset that could suppress sudden background noise. That’s why I chose this headset, but unfortunately, it does not meet my expectations in this regard. I tested and it picks up all background noise! I went through the box and the user manual carefully, and neither mentioned noise cancellation.I also tried the Logitech noise-cancelling headset. The noise-cancelling function on that one works really well, but it’s too tight and it leads to headaches after wearing it for a while.That said, the headset as it is super comfy. it won’t like other headset that is too tight and cause discomfort and headache. I also appreciate the 35mm speaker drivers, which work well with both phones and laptops. However, the sound quality is just so-so, sometimes it has some “connection” whistling noise when you did not connect it well.If you’re a casual listener who just needs a headset for music or gaming, the headset is fine. But if you’re looking for a headset with real noise-cancelling features for working/meeting, this one is not the right choice.

Cord stopped working after 6 months
These have been my go-to headset for remote working since I bought them in July. They are comfortable, lightweight, and the sound and mic quality has been good. However, a few days ago the people on the other end of my calls started to find my audio extremely quiet — it turns out to be being affected by where the cord is placed on the desk. Having had that problem with headsets before, I expect them to deteriorate from here. I wish these had lasted longer as in other respects I like them a lot.

I spent a lot of money on headphones and mics, I need something with a clear voice for online meetings. People were complaining about the voice quality of my prev microphones was poor, so I first bought a Bose Quiet Comfort 2nd generation, and it was terrible, then I bought a RODE NTUSB Studio Quality, and I hated it! finally, I decided to buy something else before giving up, so I got this one the EAGLEND USB and I absolutely love it. Sometimes simple at an affordable price is better than expensive useless ones. I recommend EAGLEND USB.The only thing I did not like about EAGLEND USB is the cable color, which is red color, I would prefer everything black and minimalist rather than giving a touch of color. This is because when doing online meetings everyone can see your red cable hanging around. My solution is, because the cable has a generous length, I put the cable behind my back, this way it is unnoticeable.Note: I use Macbook Pro, and I have noticed the sound quality difference is big when using the USB adapter, so I do recommend using the adapter included in the box, rather than connecting straight to the headphone jack.
