DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR!
I bought this chair as it seemed like a good quality chair for a good price. However, when I received the chair and tried to assemble it the screwed would not properly thread. I tried everything to try to get the chair assembled, but it was clear that the chair must have been damaged when built making it impossible to put it together.At this point, I thought, “No big deal; I will just contact the manufacturer via the support email included in the instructions.” After waiting days for an answer to my email asking for them to send me a replacement part, I received no answer from the manufacturer and had to return the chair. Don’t waste your time or money with this chair; get a different chair from a more reputable manufacturer.

The screws holding the arms on couldn’t be tightened enough to keep the arms from wiggling. A really nice chair but I don’t think you should have to mcguyver a brand new chair so that the arms don’t wiggle!?!

I ordered 10 of these chairs for the conference room at my office. I started building them shortly after they arrived. The first chair had a threading problem on the chair back where the extension connects for the bottom cushion of the chair to be attached. Since I had 10 chairs I decided that I would return this one and just start using parts from the next one. And thus one chair was successfully built, after quite a bit of fighting with the screws that attach the arms to the chrome frame. Those screws also have threading problems. I then proceeded to attempt to build 3 chairs and went through 5 of the boxes (5 chairs) to end up with 2 completely built, although on one the arm could not be fully tightened to the proper tightness, and one partially built where one arm could not be properly tightened because of the threading. In the process multiple screws/bolts were stripped on the threading from cross threading and in the head. I started the process all hand built with no tools other than the one supplied. I then tried my DeWalt drill/driver and no matter the tool used or the attempts, the cross threading was too much to bear. I rate these chairs as almost unbuildable. I am an average person at this. I am not the greatest handyman, but I have built plenty of furniture in my 38 years of owning my business, and raising two daughters. This should not be anywhere near this difficult. Since I had 10 chairs and was able to go through several of them in this process, this is not unique to one chair. Everyone I built, whether almost properly completed or not, required a lot of struggle with the threading of some of the screws. Some of the screws, such as the ones going into the bottom of the chair, all threaded perfectly. But the screws going into the chrome base, most had some problem or issue where you really had to work with them to get them threaded correctly and with some I was never able to get them to thread properly.
