    I find looking at numbers in multiple online fitness apps can get sometimes confusing and are not printable. Therefore, I use this inconjunction to my online fitness apps. It stores your nutrition, workout regimen in detail, sleep pattern and other details in one location. It’s user friendly and the first couple of pages “coach” you through using the remainder of the diary. There’s a spot to set goals and a page with all your measurements. Good book.

    Really like the space provided for goals and completed activities. Separate areas to enter aerobic, strength training, and other activities. Nutrition is included without any fad diet hype as in some fitness logs. Solid value for money. Will buy again next quarter.

    I took a chance and purchased 3 of these at once and I love this journal! So many places to record the usual things like workouts, food and water intake, but also space on each page to make notes about your day, or to record something not included on the pages such as the number of steps you took that day. Definitely enough room to customize it to your needs. It also has a 28-day check-in, and a 56 day check-in part way through the book so you can record how you’re doing before the end of the 84 days. The boxes to record nutrition are plenty big enough to write in compared to the tiny journals you usually see. I really like this journal!
