My new absolute favourite thing!
This is life-changing. It does everything it says it will. At first, I would vacuum before hand and then use it to clean the floors, because we have many pets. Then I decided to try it without vacuuming first because it said it can handle it. It’s incredible. It works flawlessly. I literally have nothing bad to say about it. It’s made well, it works well, it’s easy to clean, and at the risk of sounding dramatic, it really is life changing. I love a clean house and don’t always have the time to scrub floors. This was the answer..

Best floor machine I’ve ever used!
It was literally a snap to assemble. Out of the box, using the samples provided, it cleaned my ceramic and laminate floors cleaner than they have been in this home. I’ve had filter queen, Electrolux and many other brands over the years. This was so much better.There are drawbacks: you need another method to clean under beds and in acute angles, and it does make a substantial amount of noise.I’d like to see it packed with the recipe for cleaning concentrate (lots available on line) to cut down on chemicals and plastic containers. It should be a government requirement.

I have now used it twice. It does a good job of cleaning. It is easy manoeuvre as long as you don’t have to take it up stairs as it is pretty heavy. Doesn’t really get close enough to edges but I do a quick wipe around after. The house smells nice when I am finished and the floors look clean. Overall I am satisfied with it.

Great for cleaning tile floors
Super easy to assemble and easy to use!. I did all the tiled floors in the house in less time than it would usually take me to sweep them then mop them – AND the floor was almost dry once the machine was done in an area!! I was shocked when I dumped the dirty water tank – this unit was removing things the Swiffer couldn’t..I have read in other reviews about the inconvenience of needing to clean the machine after each use but it was done in minutes with the machine doing most of the work!I did a 4×6 area rug just for the heck of it – didn’t need to because we already have a Bissell Carpet Cleaner that does a great job on broadloom and area rugs. This unit won’t replace the Carpet Cleaner but did a decent job of vacuuming and freshening the area rug.

Not sure it’s worth it
Just used this for the first time. Assembly is a snap but small stains I had to go over multiple times and some didn’t even lift. I’m confused about the cleaning cycle, the instruction booklet says to add water and cleaning solution to the formula tank (ok how much of each, there is no line for that solution) and the cleaning cycle bottle says to pour it in the cleaning tray. I went with the formula bottle and filled it up and the cycle lasted 40 seconds which didn’t seem to even use the formula in the tank as it’s all still there. Feel like I just wasted half of my cleaning cycle formula now.. If anyone knows how to do this properly please help!

Highly recommend
Easy to use, cleans well, used steam mode on the hardwood for almost a year with no issues. Great for kitchen floor. Make sure to clean and thoroughly dry filter after each use. Doesn’t fit under beds or couches but overall its a great tool to have.

A product that’s easy to use
As a senior I found the cleaner much heavier and therefore unwieldy to use easily. It seems to work okay but would prefer if it weighed less. Guess I should have checked weight in the specifications.

We have two German Shepherds who love to play in the mud in our yard. This machine likely saved my marriage and absolutely saved my dogs from exile. A vacuum and steamer that actually cleans itself when done cleaning the floors. If you find yourself in the doghouse, get one of these for your spouse!
