Sheila Ann Munro –
Great food journal!
Lots of room and places for the details. Works really well for my needs

I didn’t like this as there is not enough room to write your meals. I think the layout could be organized better. Also it’s big and bulky and not convenient to take with your or put in a purse. I wish they showed a photo of the interior pages of this journal.

Simple, straight forward food journal with daily pages for tracking multuple things (see picture). It this journal you’ll find:1. 100 days for tracking2. Calorie expenditure sheet with estimates for different activities3. Statistics page for progress numbers4. Food data pages for foods you eat frequently5. Graph sheet and notes pageI love that the cover doesn’t say anything about being a food journal, and it was only $6 at time of purchase.*edit* I just noticed that the cover doesn’t actually say “Food Diary” in the bottom corner. It’s so small, and blends in so well that I didn’t notice it for a few days!

I always wanted to purchase a food diary but always felt that some of the diaries kinda contribute to obsessive food issue. This one feels like a healthy compromise. I can track what I ate and how much water I drank without making me feel like I am going mental. I like that it also has a spot for taking vitamins and medications. And if you are interested in tracking your sleep spot it also lets you do that. All in a all a well rounded not just “diary food”

This book is great. it has 100 days of meal planning with spaces for calories, and nutritional factors, there is a calorie burning section with how much you can burn with certain exercises.

I absolutely love this. Beautiful cover so that I can leave it out and people not know it’s a good log. It’s light enough to take with me. The pages are very useful. Yet I do wonder if it is necessary to have such large pages. I don’t tend to use the entire page listing my food intake.

I really liked this. I use MyFitnessPal app, but I bought the book for my husband, as he won’t use the app. Unfortunately, he won’t use this book either, but there you go. I thought it very well designed and easy to use. It’s a little on the large side, but at least you wouldn’t lose it.
