After Wantjoin reviewed my review, without requesting the refund they reached out to me and wanted to make things right. It was very much appreciated.I had hoped it would be better – I find it awkward to use, not very powerful and I had to keep moving the food around the bottom for the blending to have proper consistency. Not sure how they classify High Power but I definitely don’t get that. Did not bother returning it as it is fine for soups and will use my food processor when I need to do more.

Horrible, DO NOT BUY!!
I have owned this blender for just 5 months and it’s already given up on me. The motor is dead and the blade assembly has separated and won’t work anymore. Can’t even get a refund for this pile of junk. You’re better off spending your money with a better quality blender. AVOID!!

UPDATE* The company responded immediately offered me a refund and compensation money but I loved this blender so much that even tho I got a new NINJA blender (I hate it) I still asked for the new part and cup so I can still use this amazing blender.-I was obsessed with it because i love doing frozen smoothies and its a powerful blender. The problem is the bottom part that locks the blades in might not be stainless steel. So after years it has desintegrated and now if i put liquids in the will completely leak because the bottom part of blender has rusted so much it has desintegrated. It took me some time to figure out what was happening. Leaving a brown slurge everywhere. Until i realized its rusted desitegrated metal. I would love to just get a replacement of the cup instead of throwing it away.* That disintegration happened after like 3 years, being used every day almost. So honestly most blenders you get they only get one year warranty. While this guys while exchange it for free. again great company and even better blender!
