    Works for me.
It’s not the biggest sauce pot, but I wanted something I can occasionally leave directly on the grill without taking too much space. This fits the bill. Some people complain that the brush is too short, but I use safety gloves anyway since I leave the pot on the grill. Therefore it doesn’t bother me. I like the no-mess result, though. Plus the sauce is kept warm and bugs are kept away. If I want more sauce, I’ll bring some more from the kitchen when it runs out.

It is a good sauce pot. But have to burn the water off after wash. Otherwise it will get moulted.

    Very useful BBQ accessory.
This was a gift, as I had one already. It is very useful to easily and evenly spread BBQ sauce.

    Nice sauce cup and baster
Outset Basting Brush and Stainless-Steel Sauce Cup set is one of the few BBQ gadgets I own that will be used regularly. I’ve had the chance to use it twice now, with a thick sauce and a thin sauce, and here’s my first impression. The stainless-steel body and lid are great for putting on the warming rack when it’s cold. Our thin sauce has a butter base and tends to clot in the cold. I don’t know if the handles are silicone, but they handle indirect heat okay. They get hot but they haven’t deformed while I used them. The unique bristles on this brush hold thick BBQ sauce nicely and it did a good job slathering up a rack of ribs. It didn’t perform nearly as well with our thin buttery sauce, and I had to use the pour spout and then spread the sauce over the meat. That said, there are applications where this brush would be good for a thin coating of something like seasoned oil on vegetables.Bottom line, with a bit of adapting, I was able to get this sauce cup set to do everything I want, and being able to keep it warm will make it a regular on my grill.

Well sealed container with basting brush.
I always have problems with getting the BBQ sauce all over my hands and bugs and wasps get inside the sauce containers. This Stainless steel sauce cup with the basting brush connected to the bottom of the lid/handle is amazing. The side handle and the lid handle have a good grip and it is very easy to hold. The lid seals into the cup nicely and there is even a little pour lip for a controlled flow.I have never used the beaded silicone brush style before but it seems to be good for thicker sauces and there are quite a few of them so the coverage is good. The container cup is a bit on the smaller size for the amount of sauce I usually use due to a large family but that only means it is easier to hold for longer times and I just need to refill it a few times. The less mess on my hands and everywhere else is a big bonus and there is a lot less worry about little bugs or dust and leaves getting inside is a huge deal for me.

    Broke on 2nd Use!
Quality seemed good but plastic holder cracked on second use. Too late to return. Buyer beware!

    Great set
This is a nice basting set.It comes with a stainless steel cup / purer and you can tell it is heavy-duty stainless steel. The handle is quite solid and heavy as well. The brush has a nifty feature which is the silicon strands with bristles that hold the BBQ sauce nicely, to transfer to whatever you are grilling. I’ve used silicone brushes in the past, and they don’t work well with BBQ sauce, so was quite pleased with this one. Would recommend a bit of an extra wash on the strands after use.I’ve put my sauce in and it kept the temp nice, was airtight, and as a binus, is dishwasher safe. The last thing I want to do is to hand wash BBQ/grill tools!!!All in all, heavy-duty, useful and the stainless steel adds a touch of elegance. Would recommend it.

Pros:Heavy duty but not too heavyFull cast ironQuality madeFancy lookin’ thangCons:Timing is everything in making sure sauces don’t get burned on the grill which is really a “me problem”

This tin and baster is really quaint. The quality is pretty good as it is sturdy. The size is on the smaller side but the cup itself is deep. We have not used it so I can’t speak to the cleaning process but I can’t imagine it being super hard to clean. The versatility for any sauce is definitely there. I’d say it was worth the money

A great pot you can put on the grill or griddle for garlic butter or sauce. Very durable.

**UPDATED** I can’t give it FIVE stars, it is a gift. I gave it FOUR because it seems like it will last. The brush it came with looks like decent quality. If you have chef in your family I think it makes a nice gift. **UPDATE** The gift was very well received, my nephew was very impressed with it. He said he had tried several other pans and they weren’t out so well, he feels confident this is exactly what he needed.
