Great monitor, but seller customer service not helpful
The monitor itself is of excellent quality – great picture, lots of settings, great cameras and battery.HOWEVER, my parent unit is faulty and requires me to reset my preferred Vox, time, temperature etc settings every single time I turn the parent unit back on. I was in contact with the monitor company (Babysense) for several days and they were very helpful and responsive, however in the end, they told me I needed to contact the Amazon seller as it is out of their hands (they don’t sell directly to Canada and I bought off of Amazon). I was 3 days past the Amazon 30 day return and this Amazon seller (Nation Central) refused to offer any help besides telling me to contact the manufacturer. Extremely unimpressed with the customer service by this seller.

Absolutely love this monitor. I had a Vava and returned it because I was having issues nonstop. I’m so glad I got this one instead. Quality is better, range is way better, sound is good, battery life is good. I literally have no complaints. I think the temperature indicator may be off by 1-2 degrees but that doesn’t bother me. We monitor the temperature of our children’s room another way anyway

I’ve had this monitor for a day but it already knocks my vtech ones out of the water. Great battery life, super clear photo, easy install, and overall better quality! I’ll recommend this brand to everyone now.

Love it
Got it as a baby shower gift and I like it so much. It holds charge and the monitor screen is clear and sometimes even brighter than the room actually is. The two camera option is very useful for me wiht the split screen. Did not use the two way talking option yet but I find it useful if you have two floors to run in between to talk/calm your kids. Recommend

Canadians- DO NOT BUY THIS!
To my fellow canadian parents- BEWARE. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS CAMERA. Save yourself. Here’s why:The seller of this camera is third party. They have only a 30 day return policy. We bought the dual camera and parent unit in September of 2023 and loved it up until the screen stopped working on the parent unit and temperature reading stopped working on one of the cameras. I had Amazon start a ticket for me to reach out to the sellers twice, with NO RESPONSE. After the 30 days from purchase, they will wash their hands of you. See ya never.Meanwhile, I called babysense directly and they are lovely, and based out of the US, and they honour a one year replacement warranty. The issue is babysense has no way of shipping the replacement units into Canada. Babysense has no authorized retailers in Canada at all. So unless you have someone in the states who can receive the items for you then mule them across the boarder for you, or you get your US friend to pay for shipping across the boarder, you’re out of luck. Out $300. Out of options for how to safely monitor your children.Learn from me and STEER CLEAR of this seller!!!! Pick another brand that can actually support parents properly when children’s gear breaks and is still well within manufacturer warranty. Do not continue to support this seller!!! They are making money off of Canadians and taking advantage, doing us Canadian parents dirty.Do. Not. Buy. This. Camera. There are SO many other options out there, do your homework and do better for youself.

Good system, few complaints
Overall very good and I like that you can add more cameras. It glitches sometimes though where it flickers quickly between the two cameras, like it can’t figure out what signal to watch for.The built in white noise is horrible but wasn’t expecting much. Plus if you turn that on you can’t hear anything from the camera mic but the noise.Only other issue is with the dual (or more I guess) camera mode. You can’t have both audio sources on at the same time but you can see both cameras. I would have preferred to hear noises from both rooms at the same time

Great monitor!
I have had this monitor for a couple months and I love it! Previously had a summer infant camera/monitor, which wouldn’t keep a charge and was very frustrating – company did nothing to help when I reached out. Babysense product has great night vision (insanely clear/visible), battery life is really good and seems to have good range. I have 2 acres and didn’t lose connection in and around my home (about 50-60ft) but haven’t tested super far yet. I read in previous reviews that the sound isn’t the best but I see no issues with that. Lastly, their customer service has been amazing to deal with as there was an issue with my camera not pairing and they are now sending me a new one with no hesitation! Definitely recommend!

This camera is perfect
We were looking for a dual screen camera for our twins and Babysense seemed to be the most popular on the twins moms group I am a part of. Glad I listened to the crowd consensus. Imagine quality and sound are awesome. It’s super easy to use and it works perfect. Prior to this we had one by one of the top brands on the market and it simply doesn’t compare to Babysense. Strongly recommend!

This is the best camera. It’s WiFi free. Has great picture quality during the day and at night. When I use the microphone to talk to my daughter she can clearly understand me and I her. The battery lasts a long time. I can make it last weeks sometimes (that’s when I don’t have it on all night). When I have it on all night it will last a few days.It’s also super easy to set up. You just plug it in basically so it makes bringing it to other places very easy.You can zoom in pretty far and still see clearly.It’s sensitive to noise which I love. The screen goes dark unless it hears noise, then it brightens up.The screen is nice and big which makes using the dual screen even better. This is a game changer with two kids now.My only complaint is that the sound machine feature isn’t great. The White noise is not a good white noise sound. I don’t know how to describe it but we opted to but separate white noise machine due to the monitors sound being annoying.So don’t buy it for the white noise; buy it for all the other amazing features.

This camera and monitor system works fantastic for our family. The picture is very clear, audio is crisp, and it’s helpful to be able to easily switch between two cameras. I really like the large size of the monitor display. No WiFi connectivity which gives me peace of mind to avoid possibility of creepy hackers.Customer service is excellent. I had one camera die after 5 mos of use and going through the troubleshooting steps on their website didn’t work. I contacted customer service the weekend before Christmas and someone responded very quickly – on Sunday! A new camera has been shipped out today (Monday) at no additional cost.Thank you, Babysense!

The monitor and cameras worked great for about a year. I was very happy with it. Easy set up and Clearer pictures than the last baby monitor than we had before. Then one day one of the two cameras started having a buzzing noise and about a week later the monitor would not turn on. I would plug it in and the red light will show up and after a few hours, the light would turn green, indicating that it was charged, but nothing.EDIT: the seller did a wonderful job by quickly replying to my review and sent a new monitor and camera set! Again, the cameras and monitor are great!
