I bought this for my son to use when he gets anxiety or panic attacks so he can control his breathing and work through whatever has him upset.At first he didn’t like it, but after a few uses, he learned to control his breathing and his attacks shortened drastically.It’s by no means a cure, but it reduces the duration of his attacks, and that’s about the best I can hope for currently.

For Anxiety
Came with some black marks on it..I’m assuming from making it and the machines maybe but hard to believe no one noticed this…it’s a beautiful chain and quality seems good…the diamond isn’t as shiny as I’d like tho…this is my first time using something like this and I assumed it would be harder to blow through then it is and slowed your breath more then it does…you could get the same effect blowing through a straw

I got this to do some slow box breathing in. the morning and night as well as with my meditation and must say it has made a difference, the breath is a lot more controlled this way, its a lot consistent with breathing.Its solid stainless steel, it fits comfortably in my mouth although sometimes a bit cold.Breathing through it feels a bit strange, like breathing through a metal straw but it does work for my purpose, it looks and feels well made and the necklace is more than long enough to put on without taking it apart.
