AMAZING DESK
I never thought I would purchase a standing desk, but I’m very happy I purchased this one. To be honest I paid a friend $50 to put it together, because I required hip surgery.He said it was easy to put it together. I have set the height for sitting and standing and it works amazingly.I’m extremely happy that I purchased a remote control desk and not a manual desk. I just completed receiving a successful hip replacement surgery and it accommodates me perfectly.

Great sit/stand desk for the price…
I would love to give this product 5 stars for the packaging alone. The box arrived with visible damage and holes, but because the product was packed well with foam and a secondary box for the desk surfaces everything was undamaged. The reason for 4 stars is the fact that one of my connection bars Part D was not drilled at the factory. Fortunately I have the ability to drill the holes myself so it wasn’t a huge problem for me. If the people packing the box at the factory could take a second and inspect the parts as they place them in the box, this kind of issue can easily be avoided. Over all I am very happy with the desk.

The desk instructions were easy to follow and assembly took two people about 90 minutes, with no issues. Unfortunately, the LED lights and remote were missing.When we contacted Amazon, they said our only option would be to dismantle and return the desk and then order another one, which we felt was not a satisfactory solution.We noticed on the instruction booklet that you could email the company if there were any questions so we did to notify them of the issue. They replied the next day and said they would send the lights right away. They arrived via DHL a few days later and we are very happy with this desk system.We also ordered the matching drawers for under the desk and the parts were also nicely labelled and easy to assemble.

Dissapointed
I was excited to receive this desk, as it appears to have all the features that makes a desk awesome. However I would not purchase this desk again. My thoughts: there is a charging plug on the top of the desk – this appears terrific and will make it easy to charge things. The problem is the placement, in the corner it takes up prime working space, and is not flush with the surface of the desk. The chargin plug is a great idea, needs to be moved to the side or underneath the desk. The bonus shelf on top, again seems awesome, but it takes up alot of work space if you plan on using your laptop there is not enough space to be comfortable. In fact I ended up removing the top shelf on the right side to make room for my monitor and lap top. Setting the monitor on top of the shelf makes it very high and is not ergonomic, it causes neck pain. Finally the motor that lifts the desk up and down is too small. The motor is not strong enough to move the desk either up or down in one button press. It will move up (or down) for a couple seconds then needs to pause, take your finger off the button and re-press, sometimes multiple times. The lights were cool.

I am so pleased with this purchase! The desk was very easy to put together. I have to give a shout out for the video showing how to assemble it. I wish all products had that.The desk is VERY sturdy and works great. This will be a game changer for me.

Superbe bureau. Ma seule crainte a été au niveau de l’assemblage, j’ai eu un peu peur lorsqu’il a fallu retourner le bureau dans sa position finale car j’ai entendu la surface craquer un petit peu. Mais sinon j’adore!
