The sound quality is good, there are very convenient to have while driving in the car, I have been using them for a week so far the battery life is great. Taking a second look at the G9 headset after my last review they appear to be strong enough that I trust they will have a good life span. If you are looking for a great blue tooth headset at a great price you come to the right place.Magnetic detachable mic is the best part of the headset. Sound quality is not the best for listening to music but very nice for voice calling especially for conference calls. Very happy with it, simple to charge, sound quality is great and it’s lightweight to wear through out the day with excellent battery life.

Works great as it is intended
This is the second product from this company and so far so good. I paired the headset to my laptop easily and started listening to audio within 5 minutes. There is a detachable microphone so you can use it when you need it. If just listening to audio you can leave it off.I work remotely and wanted a easy to use headset to use with Microsoft Teams/Zoom with the freedom to step away from my computer if needed.It is comfortable and does not cause your ears to hurt and stays snugThe audio is what you expect, good quality, but not high end audio. Perfect for listening to some music and for doing calls/meetingsOverall for the price it is a great product

Comfortable, but didn’t work
Purchased this as I started working from a home office and needed something that could connect to my phone. Very comfortable, lightweight, and I loved the way it fit/sat on my ears. I could hear music/sound clearly on it.However, every time I made a call I had some very disgruntled clients as the noise that was produced was just loud random static. I tried troubleshooting, repairing, going through the manual, and factory resetting it. Nothing would fix it. A lot of other people seemed to like it though.EDIT:Upped to 4 stars because although it didn’t work, the customer support is actually kind of amazing. They responded to me right away offering solutions and were incredibly responsive. 100% makes this a better scenario and makes me feel safer purchasing from this company.

I had to leave a thorough review for such a genuinely quality product. I have been through many earphones/headphones/headsets but I have finally found the ideal pair for work and home use.This headset is incredibly light weight which prevents irritation on the ears or around the head. The flexibility with the detachable mic is something I have never seen before but it’s an excellent feature that works great!They have excellent sound quality for music and calls. I have tested calling a few people who said they can hear me perfectly fine over phone calls and Teams calls.Pairing the headset is very easy and happens within a few seconds. I tend to switch between my laptop for work and my phone for when I’m listening to music or making calls.Colleagues at work have complimented the headset during teams calls and have been asking where I purchased them from. They were a great price compared to other brands I had been looking at, bought and returned so I will be purchasing these again as a Christmas present for someone very lucky.I would highly recommend!!!

Its a nicely designed and functioning product.Its easy to pair, power-on and off, and the sound/ speech quality is great. Detachable mick is great when you just want to go on a jog and don’t want to have the mick sticking out. Love the fact that its USB-C chargeable.

I like the product. It is very practical and works well, but the suggestion I would make is that the outer casing is made from a silicone-based material, which does not cause discomfort to that little projection that extends from the outer ear called the TRAGUS – it sits directly on the Tragus and causes discomfort ONLY IF YOU USE THE PRODUCT FOR EXTENDED periods.I use the earpiece intermittently, so it works well. The quality is superb – this is for only short durations. My suggestion is to buy this product because it is very good but be mindful to take it off when you’re not actively using it.
