Does what it claims to do . Will last 6 days before recharge and only takes about one hour to recharge. Comfortable too. thin compared to other brands. Water proof, yes. Had my doubts for a below $100 watch but it delivered. Had it for a month now and it is holding up just fine.

Unsure on battery life
The watch for the price I payed for it has a lot of options for stress, heart rate and sleep. Unsure of the accuracy however the only issue which it does state in the owners manual describes the shorter battery life if the phone option is on drains the battery quick testing right now to see how long it lasts with the phone call setting off. The screen is large enough to easily glance at. The install on my phone took maybe 5 minutes.
