    Après plusieurs mois d’utilisation (environ 7 mois ) très satisfait de cet achat alors oui il y a un petit entretien pour éviter la rouille mais en même temps c’est de la fonte donc c’est logique pour le moment aucune trace de rouille elle tient très bien dans le temps

    I have been using this pan almost daily for a while and it has served me well. It is heavy, thick walled, durable, and should last forever if you take care of it. I gave it a good clean after it arrived and applied several coats of seasoning. It has good heat retention and is good for frying and searing meat and vegetables. It is big enough for even the largest steaks. The handle can get incredibly hot so using a tea towel is advised. Cleans easily with water and a sponge, ensure it is fully dry or over time it may begin to rust.

    Met deze gietijzeren koekenpan kan je geweldig crisp bakken. Veel beter dan de overige koekenpannen. Het is even wennen dat je een pannenlap moet gebruiken om het beet te pakken. Wel zelf even inbranden (extra) zodat aanbakken geen probleem vormt. Had ik veel eerder moeten kopen.
