– an appointment agenda,
– a jobs list with tick boxes and stars to highlight priorities,
– meal planning,
– exercise or rest, and
– intended outfit (super-useful for laundry planning).
Each week is conveniently set out on a two-page spread …
You enter the week start date so you can begin using your planner any time of the year without wasting money buying weeks that have already passed.
Alongside daily planning you can record up to 3 weekly goals, plan a strategy to achieve them and review your success (and the reasons behind it) at the end.
There’s also a weekly shopping list, general notes and an overall rating area.
At the back of the planner are:

L’agenda è fantastica, dentro ci sono i vari spazi per poter inserire gli obiettivi fissati, quelli raggiunti, l’outfit utilizzato nei giorni precedenti, ed alla fine della settimana, che si sviluppa su due pagine sempre contigue, c’è un piccolo spazio dove inserire “l’esito” della settimana! A voler trovare una pecca, forse l’affidabilità costruttiva… ma a questo prezzo è davvero raro trovare di meglio!Acquisto super consigliato, e come sempre amazon è impeccabile!!!

I love this planner. I’m actually using it for menu planning and it’s perfect. Plenty of space to write out everything and a shopping list. Plus spaces for other healthy goals for the week. It seems like high quality paper, not flimsy for being a paperback. Several people in our health challenge at work have purchased this after I did because they liked it so much too!

Ich habe den Planner aus versehen doppelt bestellt; da er allderings nicht an ein Datum gebunden ist macht das gar nichts.Im Planner findet sich viel Platz für Termine, Notizen und Anmerkungen.Als ich die Bestellung abgegeben habe dachte ich es wäre ein kleines Büchlein (mit Zoll als Größeneinheit kenne ich mich nicht gut aus) – es geht allerdings eher mehr in die Richtung Din A4.Er ist auf Englisch. Allerdings sind es immer nur wenige Worte weshalb es vermutlich keine Schwierigkeiten bereiten sollte.Siehe Foto

This should be an easy keeper for the year. Since you put the dates in, you can start it at any point of the year, too. It has easy prompts and places to make your notes and memories. I like this one.
