Amazon has no idea about the code they’re supposed to give away with this book
the premise of the book is that you take an emotional intelligence test and based on your results you read the parts that are going to help you more.Amazon is supposed to send you the code that will let you take the test free, but Amazon has no idea of that. I have called customer service 3 times and those 3 times I have been on the phone 45 minutes each time. Every customer service person I have spoken has no idea about any code they’re supposed to send and they say that they have never sent a code for that book. When you go to the website of the publisher, they say that Amazon is the entity that will give you the code since they’re the ones that have proof you purchased the book.I currently have 2 tickets open with Amazon waiting for a response. It’s been over a month already and they haven’t answered my tickets. I have not been able to take the test.Don’t buy this book. Is not worth the hassle.

Everyone needs this book in their library. EQ is the top story out there these days! EQ paired with AI is a winning situation! Great book to have. You can grow a higher EQ and use AI tools to develop SMART goals through super habits. It’s happening everyday but you need to have this book.

If you have already read extensively on the subject, this book may not offer any new insights. In my opinion, it tends to be somewhat superficial, listing numerous habits and behaviours that one should adopt without delving into the specifics of how to achieve them

I really wanted to love this book. It just wasn’t super helpful in a practical sense, interesting reading though. Learnt more from LinkedIn training courses on effective communication etc. than strategies from the book. Recommend checking out Melanie Whitney, her training is brilliant and will definitely improve your EI
