This is a good book to write down everything you eat if you’re watching your weight it’s good to have this handy to go back to when you lose sight of what you did to lose weight or to gain weight for that matter. You can make it fun using a book like this. It does help when you write it down.

Writing everything down makes you more aware of what, how, when and why you are eating. This book has lots of space for you to record all thing plus you set a daily goal to reach. Bottom of page is for you to review your day and back of book has space to record your favourite foods and a weight/measurements section.
